Wilsonville Ram / Dodge / service has fantastic customer service, and took care of our Ram truck very quickly. They understood our situation being on vacation and needed our Truck for hauling our trailer in order to get back to our vacation. They gave us a loner car since the local rental car dealer didn't have any cars available. They service our truck in a couple days, we were lucky it was only a fuel filter issue. These days good customer service and understanding is so important. Thank you souch Wilsonville Dodger/Ram service. We are now back on our vacation with peace of mind, thank you for treating us like family.

I purchased my 2022 Ram 1500 from Dick's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wilsonville, and while the buying experience was good, the service department has been a constant source of frustration. I recently brought my truck in for an oil change and to address three warranty issues. Unfortunately, none of the warranty items were fixed, and it felt like my truck went into a black hole—no calls, no emails, and no updates. I had to reach out myself to find out when it would be ready, and there was zero follow-up regarding the warranty concerns.
This isn't my first negative experience with their service department; I had similar issues with my previous Ram 1500. If the dealership weren't so close, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I'm seriously considering switching to a dealership in Eugene, as I'm in that area frequently.

Recently purchased a rubicon and happy with the outcome. The first salesman i encountered wasn’t a good fit but Sierra continued the negotiation and was fantastic. She communicated extremely well and we reach a deal we could all live with. After the initial hiccup, everything went extremely well. Highly recommend asking for Sierra if your looking to purchase a vehicle there.

Bad service, I value my car at KBB and gives me very low offer. The next day this dealership called me and says according to the pictures you have of your car we might offer you more money for your car, we make an appointment. After I wait for a whole hour at the dealership they took a look all around the car and gave me the same offer as KBB, I was so disappointed after waiting that long also the location is far away from my house they totally just wasted my time end up with giving me my key back before even driving the car. Bad experience

Tyler was friendly, responsive, and communicative. Owner Scott Inukai even made an effort to make sure that everything was being taken care of. I will surely be bringing my Ram back for future service.

Returning to edit my below review. Andrew the Service Manager has done a great job keeping in touch and re-checking my car. He has proven to deserve a 5 star review.
Hoping he stays at the Wilsonville l location for long time as I will be a returning customer!
Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in last summer for an A/C problem that turned out to be an expensive fix. In just under a year the problem came back. I took my car back in for nearly a week and they couldn't find the problem! They have band-aided it and it's working now but I'm sure the problem will persist!
Their service warranty is 2 years and I'm afraid this is going to be another big problem that I'm going to get screwed on sooner than later. Not really pleased with the outcome.

I purchased a vehicle from here, didn't notice a bit of a maintenance issue while I was on the test drive, but after a few days of driving I did. Called and Steve took care of me immediately, didn't argue, gave me a free rental and ultimately fixed the issue the same day. This goes a long way for me and I didn't want it to go unnoticed. Drives great now, appreciate you steve!

AMAZING SERVICE- Drew Price, the service director made sure we would get our oil change even though we were a little late. All the staff is so friendly at service!!! So happy to have our Jeeps here in good hands! Thank you guys!
