Dealer didn’t let me see the car other then a peak through the door let alone test drive it. Paid $18k for a car and I’m already having issues with it.

My wife and I purchased our 4th car today from Ivo and Wilsonville Chevy. There is no higher recommendation we could make.
We reached out to Ivo the day before and gave him some idea of what we wanted and asked for some thoughts on our trade in. As we have worked together in the past he already had an idea of what we liked and were looking for. Once again he delivered above and beyond to help us get into our new car.
Working with Ivo has become the norm for us as he is so easy to work with and has never let us down. We are super appreciative for his help each time.
Honestly, I bought one new car from another dealer and was shocked at the lack of knowledge and their lack of service. Ivo’s personality and attention to detail have set a high bar others just can’t live up to. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Terrible service took my money and didn't fix the problem. Voided my warranty on new parts that were damaged because they didn't fix the problem on the first go. I'll never be back.

I worked with Ivo looking for a new truck. I called in and spoke with him about what I wanted. I explained everything I was looking for, he asked some questions to make sure he looked for exactly what I wanted.
Later that day I was sent pictures of a truck with the MSRP label that showed all of the specs. It was exactly what I wanted. Nothing more or less. It was great having someone listen to my wants and needs and not try to sell me something different.
When it came to buying the truck he made it so easy and transparent. I work long hours and he was able to work almost the entire deal remotely. When I went in the truck was pulled up and the paperwork was ready. Thank you Ivo for making it such an easy and transparent experience!

My name is JOHN SAYLER. I would just like to take a moment and share the experience I’ve had with the Wentwoth’s. Brandon and Doug Wentworth are stand up pillars of the community. I purchased my used vehicle and was in an out within an hour. Doug Harris, my sales representative was so accommodating. He made it so easy. Mark, the sales manager was awesome. Hey Mark!
There was an issue with the vehicle afterwards and they took care of it. Henry the service manager was great Mac my service advisor returned all my calls in a timely manner. Then, the shop foreman Tom Carlson came out and explained exactly what happened and what the repair was. I’m writing this review to let everyone know what stand up gentleman they all are. Just called parts and spoke to Marty. He was super rude and condescending as well as dismissive. I wanted him to look at availability of a part I am looking for and have the 8 digit part number. He suggested I go to Autozone.

Easy in and out, friendly folks, reasonable prices, and I love the hot chocolate. Sad that the coupon I got in the mail didn't cover diesel oil changes also. I own 3 Chevrolets: 2017 2500HD High Country, 2017 Silverado 1500 High Country, 2007 Z06 Corvette and bring them all to Wilsonville Chevrolet. I am a long time customer.

I bought a used Chevy Bolt and worked with Vince. Highly recommend Wilsonville Chevy and Vince. He took the time to explain all the car features and answered all my questions. No high pressure sales techniques. Had all the paperwork ready to go and made the purchase a breeze. They sent in the WA state licensing paperwork. After the purchase, Vince continues to answer my questions and helped track down licensing issues that Washington state caused.

I’ve used the service department in the past and Mike is great.
This time we purchased a truck and James was very helpful. He didn’t have the right truck for us but he found one and got the truck in a few days. The truck is great!
