Extremely clean inside and out the restrooms are clean and this is a full service gas station you don't see those very often.. very nice young guys pumping your gas for you..

Then, they tried charging me $1400 for 3 sensors for about $300 in parts. They reduced to just under $1000 upon me challenging their claim. They told me "opps, our mistake". I call b.s. So I took the vehicle home to realize the engine light came back on so I returned to dealership. The dealership said it was now the Cat. Converter and another $1100. After my initial experience with this service dept. I decided to take the vehicle to another another Chevy dealer to discover that the Cat converter was actually covered under warranty, Why didnt Wentworth service disclose this to me. Really? I believe this place is a scam, service dept is over worked and the service desk seems stressed and kaotic. Don't offer me donuts while you try to rip me off. They must really need service revenue at Wentworth Chevrolet and I sincerely recommend you get a second opinion before throwing your dollars at them. I don't trust this organization or management team andWill NEVER take any vehicle to this rediculous dealership. They can keep their lousy donuts, just do the right thing.

Bought my car here 8 years ago, been coming since for service. Also came with my previous car for service. They are honest in all their dealings and truly seem to be there for the customer. I would definitely consider buying my next car here and will continue to have my current car serviced here!

Do Not Buy Here. We bought a new Bolt from Wilsonville Chevrolet a few months ago. It is already having problems. Service Department is endlessly unhelpful and either unwilling or unable to find the time to even let us bring the car in for service. Their attitude is quit literally, "if you don't like it you can go somewhere else". Save yourself the misery of dealing with these people. Go literally anywhere else but here.

My Honda Fit was totaled on Superbowl Sunday. Don't drive drunk, people! Thankfully I wasn't in it and insurance provided me a decent payout. When debating what new car to get, the Chevy Bolt EV made the most sense. The price was right, switching to electric made sense, and I wanted to stay in a hatchback. As you may know, however, finding a Bolt is not easy to do. I called Chevrolet dealers all over OR, WA, CA, and even NV, ID, and TX, trying to find one that was in stock and not marked up. Most didn't have any on the lot and the ones that had shipments coming in were marking up $2500-5000. There was also a time crunch with the Oregon EV rebate ending at end of March 2023 and a potential change to the federal rebate shortly thereafter. Fortunately Wilsonville Chevrolet had one arriving shortly, unfortunately they were marking it up. I dislike supporting dealers who exploit the short supply and high demand of this model. I'm excited for the day dealers cease to exist and I can buy directly from the manufacturer. Besides for the markup, the rest of this buying process was great. Vince was the salesman I worked with. He was straightforward about the process and knowledgeable about the car. Donnie in finance was quick to get everything together and explained the add-ons available for purchase but was not pushy. Most of the team here has a good sense of humor so although it takes multiple hours to get through all the paperwork, spirits were light.

Horrible customer service and communication. You had my truck for a week. I left 2 messages asking for a status update and received no response. My 3rd call I spoke to Mike the technician who told me they fixed everything. Not even close! The rubbing sound when the passenger and driver windows were rolled down when wet. When I received the truck back the windows still did the same thing. I asked to have the rear wheel well covers reattached at the bottom of the rear side where the rivets popped out and Mike said he couldn't see anything. I told him exactly where the issue was and it is in plain site! cannot be missed. He did nothing. The only thing they did right (I think) is change the oil. To make matters worse the next day the truck started idling very rough and making a loud banging sound from the engine compartment when pulling to a stop. I called Wilsonville Chevrolet service about this, Rick answered the phone and told me they were 6 weeks out and I should call another dealer! I called Newberg Chevrolet who recommended the truck be towed in which I did. This by far is the worst customer service I have had in a very long time. So bad that I am posting a goggle review to help people stay away from this dealer!

was talking off and on with Lyndsi about a truck they had on the lot. Told her i would be there around 9:30 in the morning the next day. So we get to the lot at 9:48 and my wife and I get out of our car just in time to see the truck I was there to look at leaving the lot with someone else test driving it. Well I got my point across and as we are leaving the truck was already pulling back in. Then the kicker comes. The truck is here do you want to test drive it? No integrity

We traded our 2022 Chevy Bolt EV for a 2022 Bolt EUV. The entire staff at Wilsonville Chevrolet (and Chevy in Michigan) was great! A big thanks to Donnie Simons who was very knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to work with! We will definitely go back to him for any future car purchases!
