“I just bought the Wildpeak AT3s a few months ago....Awesome service. Today however, this location went above and beyond. I had a couple of tires that could not be repaired. The damage was due to debris from construction sites on highways 26, 217, I-5 and poor clean up management.

When I bought the tires i also bought coverage. Unfortunately the Wildpeak AT3Ws that I had bought for my 4runner have been discontinued by the manufacturer. DT could not quickly locate the tires that I needed.

They honored both the coverage contract for the damaged tire, replacing it with a new AT4W and also pro-rated the other three new AT4W. An unfortunate series of events resulted in saving me hundreds today.”

“I brought my Miata in for wheels and tires and was assisted by assistant manager Phillip. His customer service skills are exemplary! Phil kept me up to date on my order. He was experienced, knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. My installers were Jenna and another tech whose name I didn't catch and they were excellent. They were led by the store manager, Tony, who smoothly runs a busy and top notch store. It was clear his employees were well trained and had his respect. Great job by management and skilled technicians that take pride in their work. I highly recommend this store over all others!

Just a follow-up. I brought my car in for another service and this store did an excellent job again. Made an appointment, and in and out quick with zero damage to the wheels. Thanks to Dean, Phillip and the techs who serviced my car!”

“OMG. Literally THE BEST service ever! I was stressed on my way to work after dealing with my tire for 2 days. From the woman on the phone, to the gentleman who took my information to the gentleman who fixed the tire — everone was absolutely stellar. I am never going anywhere else. These guys are amazing! Aaaaaaaand, they didn’t charge me anything to fix the tire that had a nail in it! Aaaaaaaand they did everything in under 30 minutes! ????”

“These guys are outstanding, My cars wheel were literally about to fall off with only 1 lugnut attached, I had no money at all and couldn't get credit yet, Not only did they fix the issue but they replaced the tire and the missing lug nuts and didn't charge me. I would of been stuck without a car and no way to make money if they hadn't helped me. I will never take my car anywhere else ever these guys are out of this world amazingly nice and I couldn't be more greatful and will be paying for these services as soon as I get paid even though they said it wasn't necessary, but it is to me. “Had a small staple in my tire which one location said it couldn’t be fixed, would need new tires, and put the spare on. Luckily, I came to this one on my way home to have them take a second look and switch them back since I had to still drive to Salem. Wade took the time to figure out my options to help save costs. He had great customer service. In the end, he was able to fix the tire which I am so grateful for! Definitely is an awesome employee. Always mixed on my experiences with these places but would come back to this one.”

“Excellent service! Dylan remembered me from when I had called the store to check if they could fit me in. He walked out to meet me at the car, told me where to park and met me at the store entrance. They also fixed my issue well within the time frame provided to me over the phone. I had a nail in my tire.
As this was an unexpected issue I hadn’t made an appointment.
I had checked a couple of other locations closer to me. At the first place down the road, the employees avoided eye contact as they were busy talking. No one helped. At another place they were backed up a few hours. At the Tigard Les Schwab, they gave me an accurate timeline to fix the issue and delivered on it. Needless to say I’ll be going here first if I have any future issues with my tires.”
