Always great service. We feel very confident taking our animals there. We've been taking our pets to him since the 90's.

The care is fine, however the communication between all is weak and the up charging is unbelievable and every visit.
Was initially charged today for anxiety meds for a nail trim that tech commented on but said Dr would discuss, but then he never did. Dog was wiggly, not biting or aggressive…
Pups never had issues with nail trim prior and had 4 vaccines today in addition (at the same time). But rather than discussing with me options and looking at the situation- he wont be able to get the nail trims on his plan because I wouldn’t pay the extra for a wiggly and panting dog.
There was also a follow up appointment supposed to be made and that wasn’t even spoke of when leaving so have to call. I guess a full on Monday for the office but I certainly wasn’t impressed.
Left a hour after appointment time beyond frustrated .

Don't take your pets here. You're not welcome to go to exam room with them on visits. Took dog in, they said she had heart murmur, she died of congestive heart failure. We miss her so much.

Absolutely fantastic service. I am traveling from Idaho, and they treated me like family, helpful, informative, and took care of us without hesitation. Other places told me they were a month out for appointments, and my pup needed his meds immediately. I called and let Village at Main know my situation, and they scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. Thank you all, 100% recommend. And if there are any negative reviews, I truly don't know how it would be possible.

We’ve had nothing but great service with my family and this vet clinic. The gentleman that’s the veterinarian has always been very knowledgeable and it’s always willing to go in more detail about certain things if you’re not fully understand what’s going on. My parents started taking their three dogs there, about five years ago, and when I adopted my puppy, it just felt like the right place to take her. I’ve never had a bad experience and I never felt like they were trying to sell me things just to get a sale. Keeping Savvy up with her vaccines and health has never been more affordable, (We all know that pets it can be very expensive sometimes).

I love bringing my 2 cats to this place. The vet and technicians take your needs and your fur babies needs into consideration when you take them in to be seen. Even when your cat doesn't like other humans.

Rude and unhelpful support staff. Primary vet (Genova) seems bored with his job and put out when asked for clarification regarding treatment & exam. Do yourself and your lovely fur baby a fovor and go somewhere, anywhere else.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone. We brought in our pup for a preoperative exam. Dr. Anna Fumasi she was gentle and informed us of what to expect.

We needed two shots for our dog. They were just fine but required a "wellness exam" for $75.00 before they would give the $40.00 shots. Thereby doubling the vet bill.?

We received extremely poor care for our dog at this clinic. Our dog did not have fleas but another skin disease.

The question the ask before surgery....Would you like us to try and save your dog if it dies during surgery ? If so you need to pay extra. Otherwise they just let it die. Yeah I want you to accidentally kill my 2,500 dollar dog then let it die because you don't want to be out the cost of the medication it takes to revive them... so unbelievably unethical..I reposting after a year because I'm facing having to change vets now because of their views.
