Tried to withdrawal $1000.00 on a different bank account from this atm on 8.31.20. The machine took a very long time and never processed the funds to me, however it was debited from my checking account. What popped up on the screen at the atm was that it was experiencing technical problems and the money was not dispensed. Then it gave me my card back. The branch is not open or operating due to Covid-19. I called us bank customer service # and they told me I would have the $ back into my account by 630 am on 9.1.20. The funds are still not in my account and I have filled a dispute with my bank. But they can not process the dispute till the transaction is no longer pending. The customer service person i spoke to at US Bank was incredibly rude and condescending and told me misinformation.
