Title: Misleading and Frustrating Experience at In-N-Out Market UPS Access PointI recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the UPS Access Point located at the In-N-Out Market in Wilsonville. The promise, as advertised by the conspicuous sign on the door, was simple and straightforward: "Conveniently pick up and drop off packages here." However, the reality fell woefully short of this claim, leading not only to frustration but also to wasted time and effort on my part.Upon attempting to drop off a pre-labeled UPS package, which was a return, I was met with unexpected resistance. The clerk behind the counter flatly informed me that package drop-offs could not be facilitated at their location, contrary to what was advertised. Instead, I was directed to proceed three doors down to the actual UPS Store—a suggestion that would have been merely inconvenient under normal circumstances, but which became utterly useless as the UPS Store was already closed for the day. This discrepancy between advertised services and actual services available is not only misleading but borders on false advertising. Potential customers rely on clear and accurate information to make logistical decisions, especially when it pertains to something as time-sensitive and crucial as package returns. The misguidance I encountered does a disservice to the community, undermining trust and causing unnecessary complications.I strongly urge the management of the In-N-Out Market's UPS Access Point and UPS corporate to reevaluate their advertised services and ensure that they align with the actual services provided. Misleading customers, whether intentionally or not, tarnishes the reputation of both the local business and UPS as a whole. This experience has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hope steps will be taken to rectify this situation to prevent future customer dissatisfaction.
