Buying a house can be very stressful and mentaly draining.. atleast that's what I thought. Then I hooked up with UMortgage and all my stress went away. They walked us through the entire process and didn't leave our side until the deal was done.Jacob Bustamante and Angela Valdez are complete professionals. From getting pre-approved to getting the loan written. They're positive energy was overwhelming. Kahren Oxner and her staff are so professional and responsive. I have had 3 oppurtunities to use Kahren's services and she has found me the very best loan, by far, each time. You have email communications throughout the entire process, with constant updates! You are never in the dark as to the progress of your loan or approval status. I wouldn't typically refer to a refi as an enjoyable experience but Todd Davidson made it just that. Todd was efficient, timely and responsive. I felt as though I was working with a friend who always had my best interest in mind. If you're looking to refi, I would highly suggest working with Todd. I have no doubt he will take great care of you!
