If you've got time, drive a little farther for your shopping. This place is terrible (and has been for years).* It's dirty and cluttered throughout.* They are regularly understaffed up front. You'll wait in a checkout line no matter the time of day, even for self-checkout.* Worst of all, displays are always half-stocked. I regularly walk out empty handed, because what I needed was sold out.

Not 1 department answers the phone,.. not one! Not even human resources! Then it disconnected after 30 rings. Absolutely terrible +

I'm sorry to say that this once very nice, well-stocked, well-run store has gone completely downhill in recent months. It's now run and kept so poorly: many large sections of shelves are completely empty, while others are totally disheveled and messy, and their customer service has become extremely low-staffed and disorganized, with only two checkouts open at very busy times, and several self-checkout machines closed as well. The kicker for me was when I recently placed a drive-up order, and got notified on the app that my order was ready, so I loaded up my toddler grandchildren, drove 20 miles to get there, and proceeded to wait for almost an HOUR in my drive-up parking space. At first, I was extending grace, as it was close to Christmas and I understood they were busy. But then I noticed that other cars that arrived after me were getting their orders. My toddlers in the backseat were understandably getting antsy to get out of their seats, so just as I was about to leave, a worker came walking up to the car, saying they "couldn't find" my items in the store. When I pulled up my order of many items, and showed him my screen, I said, "you guys couldn't find a single one of these items?" He then started fumbling over his words and finally confessed that no one actually even tried to fulfill the order. I asked him why the app told me the order was ready if no one shopped it, and he said he didn't know and handed me a $10 gift card for my hour wait and didn't offer to go fill the order - he just handed me the card, said "sorry" and walked off. I was dumbfounded. I drove 20 miles back home with none of the items I needed. All this to say, if you want an efficiently run store with good customer service, try another location!

Great place, convenient location off of the main highway and not too far from me. They were fully staff and I think that's the norm for this location. Lots of helpers and were all friendly, courteous and professional Retail Associates. Keep up the great work!

Long wait times. Each time I go no matter what time there are 10-15 min long wait times. Usually only 2 checkstands open.Online orders take longer than 2 hours to fulfill and when you call the store for customer service the phone rings and rings but no one answers .

Frequently takes 15 minutes to wait on the lines. They're obviously understaffed consistently. Probably a cooperate pay problem as the employees are definitely doing their jobs, there's just not enough of them.Past that glaring issue, the availabe grocery selection often leads to substitutions or omissions. The prices are higher than across town.Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Terrible service. 1 cashier 2 weeks before Christmas. Out of any kind of selection options. Store is a mess. Self service is 8 people in line. Spend your money at a store that values it's customers or online

This store needs help! The way management runs this place is terrible. No manager neat the cash wraps that I could tell. 2 registers open along with the self checkouts. Line of over a dozen people, in addition to the 2 main lines having at least 6 customers each in line. Customers should be directed where to go. They have people working all over the store, but the front is a HOT MESS. Saturdays should not have 2 registers open at noon. Unsatisfactory! Won't be shopping there for a while.

They need to either staff more checkstands or install more self-service checkout stations. It seems like Target has cut cashier staffing and somehow is expecting four self-checkout stations to make up for it. It would but you need to have 8-10 self-check stations for that plan to work. I don't mind using self-checkout but go all in if that's the plan, what you are doing right now isn't working.

Every time I come here I have my 9 month old and a full cart of stuff. There is never anyone checking people out! Makes it very difficult for me! There’s always 6 or 7 people just standing around watching me try and check myself out with no room and a crying baby last time! Such terrible customer service!!!

Line wrapped around the store to checkout as Target does not care to have fully staffed checkout, luckily Target thinks men are so low brow that the one brand of long sleeve dress shirt was not even in stock. Target hire more cashiers if you want people to actually stay and purchase items second stock more then just one brand of dress shirt and actually keep in stock.

Customer service desk lacks actual customer service and the agents are working hourly not to actually represent the Target values or integrity. I was treated as a problem for returning items that had poor quality or did not fit properly. I followed protocol and return policy. The agent was not nice or friendly. I felt like she didn't even want to help me with my returns as though I was giving her too much work. And I pulled up the info on my phone to make returns easier. She has a poor attitude as thought I was taking up her time.

Order: Pick Up for 2 bottles of Viarae Prosecco (Issa Rae's new Prosecco) $19 a piece. Pros: This Target has the bottles ready for pick up. My order was ready under the 2 hour mark. I will say I passed 2 targets, actually went to one, and they did not have these bottles availble in stock. I had to drive an hour away to pick up the bottles. Cons: after picking up my bottles from the counter, I decided to go see if there were other bottles available. Unfortunately, the bottles weren't on the floor or on any end cap, which was bizarre.

Not sure what happened. I used to love target and shopped there a lot. I stopped going for a while but recently decided to check out the Wilsonville location. A cop was patrolling the lot. There were some strange things going on in the parking lot. Once inside the shelves were really picked over. Including the seasonal Halloween section. I left with nothing.
