Very slow service. They don't care about the drivers. It's a 5 hours minimum for delivery. They are very rude and disrespectful to drivers, but they don't treat their own drivers like they treat US OTR drivers.

5 hours here to unload and still waiting for my bills. Arrived on time for a 7am and waited 3 hours just to get a door. If this is the best that we can do in this industry as a team then this is an unacceptable complete failure. Not to mention putting me out of my 14 hours so I miss my reload to get back home to Iowa for the holiday. But if I was late how much will I be charged for a late fee??? Bet you don't want to talk about that.

Their delivery drivers park directly in front of our business and block in customers for 15 minutes. All because they are too lazy to walk a few extra feet and park normal.

They say they are about sustainability but their trucks are so loud and polluting the air. I can see black smoke coming out and staining the top of the truck and they wake me up every morning delivering food because their trucks are so loud. No regard to the people sleeping early in the morning or getting their trucks up to date with emissions. The trucks are missing parts so their loud mechanics are exposed and the entire neighborhood can hear them. When they park on the street they should turn off the engine to not waste emissions and not wake everyone up all the time.

The receiving office are good people. Unloading times are much better than other capstone locations I've been to.

Appt.0700 in yard at 0615. In door at 0645. Unloaded at 0715. 1030 still waiting for bills. Capstone guy says his guy is signing bills now and mine should be one of them. Meaning they do a bunch of trucks and hold bills until a group at the end. I've seen a few trucks come and go. I've sat at receivers longer than this, but knowing that they don't just work your truck and move on; that you have to wait for a group of bills to be worth their time is bothersome. Not a complicated load. Prepaid lumper fees. No reason.

Can't give any lower ratings or I would. Made appt on time, 30 mins early in fact. Then was told it'll be a few hours before you get a door. Then quoted an insane lumper fee after it was unloaded !! You've been forewarned. Absolute worst Sysco DC I've ever been to.....

I hate delivering to this place. On time 4 appt. 5 hours later to unload a half trailer load with capstone charging 303.00 dollars I was in at 9:10 am out at 2:30 pm. Completely ridiculous!

Got in early for my appoinment, only had half a trailer. Spent 4 1/2 hours, and Capstone logistics charged an outrageous $325. Receiving clerk wrote my number down wrong and couldn't send me the text, but didn't bother coming or sending someone to tell me my load was done. Typical Sysco.

Just like most syscos I've delivered at. Park, take paperwork to receiving, wait for a phone call for a door, and then wait for a phone call for paperwork. They have 1 restroom. There is plenty of room to back up into docks.

Worst customer service from the topDown. The lady at the desk could not seem less disinterested in helping you if she tried. The less your business relies on Sysco the better.

Always a pleasure delivering to Sysco. Fast in and fast out. But what makes it above other places is the people. Always friendly service from their receivers Trevor, Kaylie & Fonso checking you in, to the warehouse staff and Capstone Lumper service unloading as fast as they possibly can. And yes, every business has "Those" days where something happens to slow things down. But Sysco always let's you know what's going on and apologizes for any inconvenience. They are also willing to help out if theirs a problem. We had one of our drivers involved in a minor accident in their parking lot and a gentleman from the office by the name of Quinn went out of his way to obtain video footage from their cameras from different angles so that we would have it to submit for insurance purposes. Great service, greater people!

Delivered a load of canned goods. Appt time of 7am, checked in at 6 and was assigned a door. In door by 6:15 out the gate empty @ 7:30. People were good to work with. No place for layover if you arrive early.
