I’ve had a wonderful experience while working with Angela. Initially, she came to my house when my new brace arrived, showing me how to put it on properly. No easy feat! She spent lots of time with me so I was comfortable with the process. Then, a second visit was necessary because I hadn’t worn my brace for quite a while and I forgot what to do! Again, Angela kneeled in front of me, coaching me patiently every bit of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience.

Surprise billers. The absolute worst. I received a surprise medical bill from them that doesn't state what I am even being charged for. Just contains lots of threats that I will be sent to collections if I don't pay.I encourage anyone who is contacted by Synergy Medical (read: Billing) Systems to immediately contact the Oregon Attorney General. Based on my experience and other reviews, this is not a legitimate medical practice.I will never pay any charge whatsoever if you won't tell me what it's for.Other reviews suggest it might be for a brace or something. I did get a brace for a knee injury. I paid for it in full at the time of service, and it was *absolute trash.* The metal supports wore through the neoprene within a week. The one I got for $15 at Wal-mart was better. But Synergy Billing Systems apparently wants $165 for this piece of literal garbage? Plus, it doesn't say on the bill that's what it's for, so I'm left guessing.I have paid in full every bill for every medical procedure I have had this year, and this one came out of nowhere and again DOES NOT EVEN SAY WHAT IT IS FOR.So I tried to call them. I apparently have to dial 4002 after getting their answering robot (yes, not a joke) to leave a voicmail. But guess what? It just rings and rings and rings. There is no voice mailbox. The more I think about them, the more this feels like an utter scam. Surprise billing is illegal.

This place is a scam. Received a 125$ bill in the mail, I’m trying to appeal it with my insurance and nobody is answering the phone.

Dealing with them feels like you are in North Korea jail cell!I received a bill for $90 for a brace that proved to be ineffective. As a result, I had to upgrade for a full cast, which I wore for eight weeks. There amazing customer service does not exist on this universe.

This is a Con man, and has nothing to do with Legacy Heath Systems or any of their doctors! I checked! He hacks into your personal info finds out what you need or if your having surgery then says you need his products, contact

I had several items needed over the years and the sales person who assisted me has always been wonderful. The team works with you. Coming to measure and drop off medical supplies. The person in charge of my case has come to my home to pick up any supplies I have rented. Great team, thank you for always working with me. Keep up the good work!

Tried to call the phone number on the bill I got in the mail and no one ever picks up the phone. I was billed almost $400 for a walking splint . The exact same model goes for $64 on Amazon. This company is a fraud!

My husband had knee replacement surgery and we were told that we could get a ice making machine for about 100.00 and when we got home with the product we were in awe of the scam! The product we got is basically a glorified lunchbox!!! It does not make ice. Total RIP OFF!!!! We were to that we could not get a refund. I Would not recommend at all. This item can be purchased on Amazon if you want it.

Zero stars. This company charged us over $100 for a shoulder sling that could have been purchased at Walgreens for $10.

I was billed for a wrist brace from Synergy Medical that I received from an urgent care facility. The total billing is for $87 and my insurance covered $7. The wrist brace from the manufacturer Hely Weber is listed for $26! This company is a ripoff, stay away.
