Dishonest owners. They ruined my most favorite, best-fitting lambswool sweater. The fair isle across the top is shrunken and puckered. They claimed to have hand-washed it, but it smells of dry cleaning solution (another lie-a big sign says eco-cleaning). They refused to take responsibility, and the sweater was expensive. I showed her the price, and she told me she would not pay for their mistake because business is so bad for them right now. I wonder why. Additionally, the woman who does alterations is frequently behind or on vacation. She hemmed a pair of trousers incorrectly as well.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I brought in a vintage suit (with matching reversible vest, tie, and pocket square) that was covered in a hot chocolate stain that was over 20 years old. I had little hope for the stain to be completed removed, but after only a few days and $40 (which I think is a steal considering the work involved), the suit looks good as new. I'm utterly astonished and will be going back to Rose Cleaners again!

AVOID this business! If I could go any lower than 1 star I would. Talk about price gouging. Simple cleaning on 3 items, and press on 7 others and they charged me $196.This is twice the amound any other cleaners would charge. The service itself is subpar at best.Service: Clothes pressing

I have used another dry cleaners for years but recently moved a few cities over. I was blown away by the atrocious pricing this place charged for a shirt and suit jacket cleaning. over $17.00. It was a simple cleaning, no new buttons replaced or stitching requests. For this price I could have simply went and bought a new shirt. Friendly service but the owners of this establishment needs to rethink there costs before I ever step foot inside again. I'm willing to drive 2 cities over for half the cost of business any day.

The lady who helped me was friendly, but I'm disappointed in their alteration services. I came in with a bridesmaid dress that needed hemming and to be taken in around my bust and waist. I tried it on and was pinned up and we talked about how much needed to be taken in.
I went to pick it up the day they said it would be ready and paid 75 dollars for their service. I wasnt encouraged to try it on there, and since it was my first time getting alterations done somewhere, I didnt think about it. Instead, I tried it on at home and discovered that not only was the top of my dress still too big but it was still dragging on the floor too.
I ended up finding another place to properly do the alterations (which turned out great to my surprise). It was a thicker dress so I understand it could have been difficult to work with, but I'd rather have been told that they wouldnt be able to make the alterations requested.

Cleaned my suite in a timely fashion and for pretty cheap. Slight disappointed that on my pants, when they pressed them they didn't quite like it up on the old press line and now have a spot a few inches long that has two lines.
