Been coming here for a while, never had a problem until last night. Was trying to purchase a visa gift card, the transaction went through, but the card was not authorized. The manager (young Hispanic guy) was very dismissive and never apologized nor tried to help the situation. So now I’m out $40 and a poor customer service experience

There is one pharmacist, Tao, who has been so incredibly helpful. Pharmacists are under immense stress right now and she takes time to actually care and go the extra step. Thank you, Tao. What you do makes a difference. If you have done it for me, I am guessing you have done it for others.

Used to use this pharmacy when I lived in Wilsonville 4 years ago. Stopped in to have them fill a prescription today and Chereese remembered me and was so delightful to talk to. They had my prescription filled before we were even done talking. Great staff and great pharmacy.

You can tell Rite Aid is struggling as a business. When a location isn't being closed, the store is half empty and under staffed. This location is strange and seems like maybe it used to be a restaurant or more popular grocery store. I found what I needed but it's a sad shopping experience. There was no cashier up front, and a small sign saying to honk a dog toy for service. Staff came quickly once I did that but it was a little silly.

Used to use this pharmacy when I lived in Wilsonville 4 years ago. Stopped in to pick up a prescription passing through and Chereese remembered me and was so pleasant to deal with. The rest of the staff was amazing. They had my prescription filled before I was even done chatting. Really recommend this pharmacy.

They have the worse pharmacy that I’ve ever been to. They don’t do the coupons correctly and when you tell them that it should be cheaper and which medication, they turn around and ask you which one. They don’t listen and like to waste your time. They also will ring you up at one price and then they will find a more expensive price and charge you that instead. The teenage girl they have working there with the mustache and black shoulder length hair really thought she could cough an attitude and then expect people to show her respect. You can’t tell someone that you have to re-run prices and it will be a couple of minutes and then get pissy when they go to walk away and with an attitude tell them that you need a code from their phone. That girl needs to be fired! Very poor customer service! Good thing I didn’t spend my money there. Send all my prescriptions to another pharmacy that will actually be more respectful.
Don’t go to this pharmacy if you want to be in and out or if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

Please consider another pharmacy. This store is unreliable and unprofessional. This Rite Aid pharmacy is not staffed properly. Prescriptions are not ready or auto generated when set up. I feel bad for the elderly folks, because its got to be scary relying on a business and no transparency as to why the service is so inadequate! Im sorry to leave a poor review though we have given many chances over the years and the service is not getting better only worse, and this type of business needs to be regulated and overseen to make sure its safe and reliable for their customers.

My company recently changed insurance providers. I asked my new doctor to send my time-sensitive prescription to the Rite Aid in Wilsonville. The first month, they lost my prescription. The assistant was rude, and dismissive and never apologized. Today was month two. I should have picked up the medication two days ago. They added a code to my account by accident, which caused them to be locked out. The same girl told me, "I don't know what to tell you. Without the code, we can't help you. So figure it out." Who speaks that way to a customer? I asked to communicate with the pharmacist, who immediately realized something was wrong on their end. Two hours later, I gave up and went home because they couldn't access my account. I'm now three days late for my thyroid medication.

Spacious and fairly well stocked Rite Aid location. Only been there a couple times but the staff seems reasonably attentive and helpful. So given expectations, hard to give less than 5 stars.

I've found the store staff and pharmacy staff to be helpful and kind. The store has just about anything you'd need - I'm glad this store is here in our community!

This store is not a happy place to be, and the people working there don't seem too thrilled with their jobs. Strangely, a good portion of the store's aisles are completely empty (see my photo), and some of the empty aisles are blocked off with a sign that says "Where east meets west". What does that mean in a drug store, anyway? On a positive note, the pharmacy department does seem to be functioning well.

Felt like a criminal going to the pharmacy to get needles and syringes for my medication. Never had an issue any other pharmacy and other rite aid. Just this one. They were the only place open still after 8pm. Regardless whether or not the needles I wanted to buy were for my Rx meds (they were) or illicit drugs (nope), having access to clean medical equipment shouldn't be a hassle. Will never return. Two stars bc the tech actually got down and pulled boxes from under the shelf in the back while the pharmacist was giving me crap.

Do not try calling the pharmacy they will not answer only way to see if your prescriptions is ready is to waste your time driving in. I have called 20 times in the last two days all at different times and no answer.
