Worst service. It might be locally owned but the owner needs to come in and train their employees. Never will I ever go there again.

There is not much to say it's a Plaid Pantry. It's a typical convenience store. It's open 24 hours which is really nice and the cashier's here are always friendly. Even at 3 in the morning.

Plaid Pantry is my favorite convenience store in Wilsonville, for two reasons: (1) it is open 24 hours a day, unlike any other store in town, and (2) the employees are friendly and can speak English.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the parking lot is small and can be difficult to get in and out of.

Super chill employees. I haven’t had an issue with any of them since I’ve been coming here when Washington County decided to put the ban on any flavored tobacco products.

Worst visit that I’ve ever encountered was today in this store. The red headed boy behind the counter was extremely rude to both me and my fiancé all because he grabbed the wrong cigarettes and didn’t want to get the right ones. He then slams the correct cigarettes on the counter and cussed at us while his manager stood by watching. Then she took over because my order was not finished and sent him outside to take a smoke break. She didn’t apologize to us but said it was alright because he was having a bad day. No matter what this unacceptable behavior and needs attention. He should be fired because I’m sure we weren’t the only ones he’s treated this way and to treat a manager with disrespect is just as wrong. I will also be calling the store Monday to talk to a different manager because the one today apparently can’t handle these types of problems and told me to call someone else. Just wow is all I can say about this store!

Went into this store to buy milk and was refused service because I forgot my mask amd he wouldn't let me purchase the milk. Also threatened to call the police. Like seriously what if someone has a health condition that prevents them from wearing a mask they won't sell them milk either??? If there was an option for NO stars I would give them 0!!!

Came in this morning to hear the manager going on about how masks are 'mind control' among other conspiracy nonsense. Feel especially bad for the guy working the counter, since he got the full tirade while she stood, maskless about 3 feet away. (I could see his embarrassment) At least I got to leave. Didn't even make a purchase today. Couldn't bring myself to approach that mess.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience this evening at about midnight. The guy was so rude, he didn't greet me even though I said hello. He was completely disrespectful, and I've seen him before, acting like a little baby because he was asked to move his lazy body. He threw a fit in front of customers and stormed out the door. ( As if he was 5 waiting for the teacher to come out and ask " what's wrong"). This guys gotta go, he's a terrible representation of what I imagine your company is trying to portray.

Paul's great, whatever the kids name that worked the night shift ,after paul, was throwing a temper tantrum and refused to help me. He made his coworker feel so uncomfortable he almost went and sat outside. This needs to be addressed. I'll follow up with corporate.

As a community member we go their almost weekly and give them service. They had a new guy in their today with long brown hair who looked like a hippie who belongs downtown. My mask fell off for 2 seconds and he yells from the front of the store to "keep the mask on". We were at the back of the store with no one else in the store. He acted like he owned the store and he refused us service after he acted completely ridiculous. Will not be returning unless that guy goes back to wherever he is from.
