Our experience with this team was phenomenal, from the first time we met and went through all the options with a very clear explanation of materials and design, up to the final result of the patio. Installation was done professionally and within the timing, they initially proposed. The patio looks great! Definitely a recommended team to work with.

Patio Cover People did a great job. The cover looks great and we get a lot if compliments in addition it is functional.It protects our hot tub and deck from rain. Finally, the coverage we needed was complicated because it involved two roof lines. They were able to solve the problem without sacrificing aesthetics. We highly recommend them for the quality of job and the professionalism of the staff!

We had a great experience with Patio Cover People. They gave us excellent suggestions for the size and type of cover we needed for our deck, and then installed it in less than a day. The deck cover works great to cut down the heat in the summer, and keeps us dry in the winter. We highly recommend them.

This is probably one of the longest reviews I have given any company. Right from the get go, I was very impressed with how responsive the Patio Cover People company was in setting up a time to come out and provide an estimate.The challenge was going to be the L-shaped patio with two different roof lines. I wanted the entire patio area to be covered except for a seven-foot magnolia tree growing outside the master bath window which I wanted to keep. This would require the need to keep an open space above the tree so it can continue to thrive.Ryan came out on time to provide an estimate. He listened, made some suggestions, did some careful measurements, and provided samples of the materials that would be the framing and cover. What really impressed me was that, after I thought he had left, is that Ryan actually went out to his truck and put together the plan, the estimate, brochures and more all in a folder to review. It must have taken him an hour to do that. So before he actually left, I had every thing I needed to know. His professionalism was the key in choosing Patio Cover People! He even came out a second time to answer some questions I had. Yes, I had 4 other companies come out , too. One provided an unbelievably high estimate with few details and never followed up. Another didn't think her company could do it. A third was very nice - a general contractor- but I wasn't confident that he could actually do the work. And the fourth was good at listening but did not get the estimate to me in the time frame that he said he would. His estimate was also considerably lower than anyone else and that left me feeling unsure about his work. PCP was a little more than what I wanted to pay - the second highest bid of the five - but I liked the professional way Ryan presented the company's work. Plus. the Yelp rating, Google rating and some references with pictures of other covers they have built helped me to choose Patio Cover People. Now, the results. Pedro and Guillermo came out on a very rainy day and they worked continuously until the job was completed - about five hours! Pedro measured everything two or three times before a cut was made. He was in contact with the company from time to make sure Ryan's proposal was correct. They cleaned up everything and left tired and wet. I was told I didn't need to tip these two hard workers but I did because they deserved it. I was very impressed with their work and attention to details. In the end, I can only say "you get what you pay for" and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I still need to do something about the gutter that was installed since they couldn't connect to the system on the house, but that is not a big deal. I am a PCP champion!!!

The Patio People installed a patio cover for us approximately three months ago. It is attractive, keeps our patio cool and dry and was installed in one day.Very good people to work with. They give free estimates if you are considering a cover for your patio.

This company was amazing to work with! I received quotes from 3 different companies but ultimately went with Patio Cover People. Ryan was a wealth of knowledge and helped us come up with exactly what we wanted. Installation was quick and I couldn't be more happy with how our cover turned out! I can finally sit on our patio without the sun beating down on me! This purchase was money well spent and will bring so much enjoyment to our family for years to come!

Excellent work! We recently replaced our wood patio cover with a new patio cover from patio cover people. They were easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. The installation went very well, and the crew left everything better than they found it. Our project manager checked in throughout the process and was a good communicator. We highly recommend working with the patio cover people!

Had a great experience with Patio Cover People! The estimation process was thorough and informative with all questions answered up front. There were no hidden costs. I was able to reach out and communicate with the company through the whole process. The installation was fast and flawless. The patio cover has made a huge difference in how the sun and heat effects our house!! And to top it off, it looks fantastic!

I love my new sunroom that the patio cover people built for me. Everytime i go in there, i feel the peace and quite. It is so relaxing just to sit in there. I like that in the summer, it is not too hot inside it. Of course if it is above 90 out it would be but that is too hot to be outside anyway. It looks great with the back of the house and matches the trim color, white. The workers that installed it were professional and did a really great job.

We purchased a retractable sun shade from PCP to help block the afternoon sun on our existing patio. PCP was a great company to work with...very professional, competitive pricing, quality product, and good installation. We highly recommend PCP.

things started out okay, sales guy was professional enough and provided the estimate. Then--as I asked more questions via email--the communication stopped. Guess I wasn't the quiet, 'go with flow' customer they prefer? Imagine if I had hired these guys and tried to communicate/get anything done after they had money in hand....phew, bullet dodged!
