I totaled my car on a Monday, and by Saturday, Terri had me in a new vehicle that had everything I wanted! Fantastic experience from beginning to end, lovely staff and great atmosphere. You can tell this is a dealership that really cares!

I came in on a Friday for the late afternoon special Express Oil Change. They did it quickly and gave me the discount. The experience was much better than waiting in the I-5 southbound traffic that time of day. Give it a try!

Our sales person was Terry Brewer Madden. This transaction was a long distance, deal by phone and video. Terry did a walk around of the vehicle showing close-ups of interior and exterior. We were dealing on the car and some of the times were on her days off where she continued to make sure we had everything we needed, and also members of her team helping us as needed. I am retired and have purchased many cars in my life, It is something I dread doing. I would have to say in all my years this was probably the best and easiest transaction I have made. Courtesy and etiquette are top-notch… Truly a different buying experience and truly a different dealership.

Generally we have amazing customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. Unfortunately this time is not the case. Lack of communication - or as Honda states “an issue must be with the text service”. No apologies, no care to assist. No ownership in my feeling of not being helped. Every individual I talked with provided zero help. To the point where I don’t want to continue coming there for service. Which is 100% not what I would have said a week ago. Really disheartening to lose so much respect for a location that could have been avoided by some simple empathetic care. My hope is that the service department take a bit of care with their customers in their communications.

I bought a brand new 2025 CRV and ONE WEEK later my car is in the shop waiting for a part that will take a week to get. I had to take the car to a dealership that is closer to where I live, so now Wilsonville Honda says they can't do anything about it. They have been extremely unhelpful. Wilsonville Honda sold me a lemon and I will make sure everyone I know does not buy a car from them.

Alex was incredibly helpful. He had more knowledge of cars and Honda than any other salesman that I have encountered. Zero pressure. Alex was kind and generous with his time. I will never buy a car anywhere else. I sound like a fake commercial. But honestly this was the easiest car purchase in my life. I have bought many cars and this experience was beyond delightful. A real joy. If I could rate higher that a 10, I would. He even offered to help me learn to use all the gadgets this honda has. Who goes that far? Thank you Alex and Honda Willsonville!

Excellent as always I love what the owner has done with the business. These guys exhibit quality all the way around. There's no way I would take my car to any other Honda dealership for Servicing except these guys where I bought my car from. Kudos to the dealership and the owner of the establishment. One of the excellent perks that when you bring your car in for servicing they give you a free car wash pass to wash your car at a car wash business. I think this is a excellent appreciation for your devotion in business to them. I forgot to mention keep up the good work and always look to improve and you will stay above the rest. When I'm there at the business I feel a sense of family all the way around.
