Had our house built this past year and our builder purchased multiple doors OrePac. Our doors were both solid wood and wood w/ glass doors. Sadly several doors have problems with either badly warped (2-3" warped) or the glass was hazy (should have been clear). One would think OrePac would stand behind their products they sell. It has been over 11 MONTHS and we are still waiting. We even gave up on a few doors that were warped as we couldn't wait any longer. It takes months for a rep to come look at the problem yet that have been paid. I even sent OrePac an email via their website about their products - no response. I would NOT recommend doing business with OrePac.

The Receptionist service they don’t treat customers politely and smoothly. They treat them with disdain and mockery. Other staff are pretty and very fast unloading and loading the dock.

We ordered 9 doors through them. Including 3 exterior doors. One of which was a double door. We ordered the doors through Jerry's home improvement. We paid extra such that all the doors were pre-hung. We were told the double doors would be hung on-site but shipped separately due to weight. Upon install it was obvious there were not pre-hung. No one had even provided the countersunk portions for the hinges in the frame. No holes had been made for the hinges either. In addition to that, the frame was 3/4" too tall, and the doors were 3.5" too short. So it was blatantly obvious that they were never hung on-site since there was a 3" gap at the bottom. We immediately alerted Jerry's. After 5 weeks of Jerry's and OREPAC doing nothing, they eventually sent someone out to measure. Who agreed something had been majorly screwed up. None of the hinges were even put on the doors at standard heights. The OREPAC rep was supposed to get ahold of us on Monday to tell us what the plan was. Both on getting us replacement doors and providing us a weatherproof solution for the opening so that we wouldn't have to delay our move-in. (Which wouldn't have been necessary if they had taken action immediately and not wasted 5 weeks). It's now Thursday and we've been calling the OREPAC rep all week as he hasn't gotten back to us. Jerry's as well as my wife and I have called him a total of 6 times today alone and gotten no response. Meanwhile first thing tomorrow we're planning on canceling our movers scheduled for next week as we don't have even a temporary weatherproof solution that they said they would provide. So far our costs are: $1,000 in extra mounting fees since the doors weren't pre-hung. $600+ in extra storage fees. + I have no idea what the mover's cancelation fee is going to be yet. You'd think OREPAC would care about their customer as well minimizing our financial damage. But it's clear they don't care. UPDATE: The OREPAC rep finally called us back today (Friday & 5-days late) and said they would get temporary doors out to us today. Let's see if they follow through. Personally I think it's pretty awful that it took me writing this review to get them to return our plethora of calls. However, this is still a step ahead of Jerry's who still isn't prioritizing this issue.

I have only worked a few days here but these guys are seriously hard workers. They are good teachers and give grace to new learners. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews- but take it from me this company is treating their employees very well. If you show up on time and give it your all, the rest is just a cake walk.
