My wife and I live in Newberg and are about to relocate across the country. The team at Northwest have done so much to accommodate our needs with a storage POD being in their parking lot. Helpful, friendly and clear communication. And the facility is well kept and clean. A big step up from our previous outdoor type storage facility. Highly recommend these guys.

Tristan was such a great help! I cannot thank him enough. Personally been scrambling to get things in line and make sure payments are on time, Tristian did exactly that. He helped me get the payment set up and was super patience and understanding of our situation.

Tristan assisted me in finding the site to be able to pay my storage bill this month. I appreciate his help. As for the company, each month it gets harder (not easier) to pay my bill. Not customer friendly.

Very poorly run. No one in the office ever. Structural damage in my unit with no compensation whatsoever. Oh & do t get stuck in the elevator!!!

I worked with Tristan and he was very helpful. Tristen was polite, patient and assisted me with a free month and military discount. Very reasonable prices if you're OK with a higher floor.

Had a little clerical error when talking with the call center over the phone. It took a while to get it straightened out but Jessie was amazing. Super helpful and apologetic.
The top floor did not feel air conditioned. But I also moved our stuff on the hottest weekend. So I’m hoping that was the issue. We will see. But overall very happy with them.

There are multiple storage options in town, we chose Northwest Storage because:
1. location (central in town)
2. Price beat competition
3. It was incredibly easy to reserve a unit. We were able to select the size and sign the lease all ONLINE within 15 minutes.
When we showed up to load our storage unit, we were greeted and all check-in within 10 minutes. It was almost too easy! They had locks on site to purchase and limited packing materials (which we didn’t need). They also have carts for use and getting in and out of the elevator is easy once you know your code. The facilities are clean, monitored, and convenient!

Jessie was tremendously helpful with confirming all the information after I made my reservation online. They also assisted with all my many questions, providing thorough details ahead of time. Incredible customer service from Jessie and I am so glad I chose here!
