I loved the carpets I purchased at Marion’s Carpet Warehouse. I had excellent service from John who went out of his way to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Since I don’t live in the Portland area, he went that extra mile to ensure my every need was met.

Our pre-finished hardwood flooring was ordered by Marion's incorrectly, costing us weeks in delays and several thousand dollars. The installer they recommended was not even on sight for most of the installation and we have many squeaks and creaking sounds daily. Even though I pointed out loose underlayment, it was not attended to.We would not use Marion's again, but they DID wave the transport fee for the second load of flooring. So generous.In spite of how eager to please Christie is, it doesn't make up for the finished product we live with daily.

My experience dealing with Marion's Carpet was a pleasure from the very beginning, all the way to the completion of the install.The showroom is amazing! Our salesman, David, was extremely knowledgeable and fun to deal with! He quickly helped us narrow down our options based upon the desires we expressed. The install was the highlight of the entire experience. Lopez Labor, LLC was terrific! Professional, personable and kind! They went above and beyond what they were contracted to do!Upon the well-done completion of the install, they offered to move my bed back into the bedroom so I didn't have to sleep in the dining room again. (Moving furniture back in the house has been unexpectedly delayed.)In a world where kindness sometimes seems to be a bit rare, it's very encouraging and uplifting to have such pleasurable encounters with strangers. Thank you Marion's Carpet and Lopez Labor!

We just had new luxury vinyl kitchen flooring installed and new trim and molding. Christy at Marion's was very helpful and the floor installers, Lopez Labor did an excellent job. I would recommend both any day. Thanks!

I am typically not one to write reviews, but wanted to offer my opinion which may help others in their research. I was extremely happy with both the flooring purchase process as well as the install. David was great to work with and took the time to help me find my ideal floors. I was also very happy with Marion's installers. They did a beautiful job and were able to accommodate us living in the house during the install. I would highly recommend.

David Ball was great! He listened to what we needed: stair runners, and left us to look at samples without any pressure. When we needed guidance he gave it in a sensible way. Not upselling at all. We took home tons of samples and then came back for more util we found the perfect runner. Marion's Carpet price was lower than other shops for the same product which helped. He suggested the installer, Jeremey Cravatta. Jeremey is a super busy guy, but is a master craftsman carpet installer. Stair runners have to be mitered to look right - ours are a masterpiece. We got our runners ordered and they arrives in two weeks just a predicted and installed the week after. We could not be happier with the entire process with David Ball and Jeremey Cravatta at Marion's Carpet Warehouse in Wilsonville.

I originally went to Marion Carpets at the beginning of October and took some samples of some waterproof vinyl flooring home. I also had their installer come and measure and told him that I wanted my family room and the 15 stairs covered. I returned my samples to David Ball, my salesman and showed him what I had selected. I didn't get any communication from him with my estimate, so I called him, and even though I had returned the samples to him he seemed to have no memory of this. He finally got my estimate to me which was based on what the installer had sent him. I went in and paid for the product in mid October and that was the last time I heard from him in 2021. I had to leave town due to a family emergency and returned to the Portland area on January 4th. I immediately called Marion Carpets to find out where my flooring order was and they said they had it. I called the installer and we set up a January 18th installation appointment. When he arrived he discovered that the salesman, David Ball had failed to order the stair bullnoses, but my family room flooring was installed. I was told I would hear from Marion Carpet about what was going to happen next. After no phone call for two weeks I called them and spoke to a store manager at a different store, as the Wilsonville manager was going on vacation. I was told again that someone would get back to me. David Ball sent me an additional invoice for $1160 for the bullnoses that were supposed to be included on the original order that was based on what the installer sent him. This additional invoice also included errors and was reduced to $620 by the manage. I am still waiting to get my stairs completed and the product hasn't even been ordered yet, 4 weeks after the original installation. I asked to speak to the owner, but I haven't heard from him either.

Just finished the buying part. I got a better rate than even Empire and much better choice of carpet, tile and laminate. Quality is great. Dave was a first class salesman. He really did right by us. The installer out of Woodburn gave me complete confidence. I hope to post an update when 5 areas are finished.

Hi quality organization. David hand held our project from beginning to end. We were on a tight schedule and he made sure every aspect happened on time. Their carpet install team was excellent and very respectful of my property. Very clean work. Took their time and didn't cut corners. I did carpet purchase and install with Marion and purchased vinyl flooring material from them separately. I compared prices locally and found Marion to be equal or better than the competition. I highly recommend David and Marion Carpets

This was my first time buying carpet. I went the usual route, lured by the offer of "free" installation. Went to the orange place several times, never received so much as a "Can I help you?" Then I got completely jerked around by the blue guys. Carpet Carl's been on TV forever, so I went to the website and answered a few questions. Within 15 minutes David Ball called. I gave him a synopsis of what I'd been dealing with. The first thing he promised was excellent customer service, and he delivered every step of the way. He was never pushy, never made me feel rushed. Answered my questions, explained things I didn't even know to ask, and put together a package that was what I wanted and within my budget. My installer was Mihai - a most excellent guy and a wizard at carpet installation. I was impressed by Mihai's attention to detail. I had all the furniture out of his way so he didn't know how I had the room arranged. Before working his magic he asked how I would place my furniture to make sure that he put the seam in the correct place. I would not have thought of that! I'm completely happy with my Marion's experience . Bottom line: if my son asked where he should get flooring, I'd tell him not to waste time anywhere else. Call Marion's, ask for David and request that Mihai handle the install.
