The fact that Les Schwab will examine and patch a flat, even if you didn't buy tires from them is amazing! They really helped me in a pinch and I'm very grateful.

They replaced the tie arm and the bearing and somehow stripped the axle in the process then charged me for a new axle. The next day my car started making a clunking noise and my brake line popped off while driving. I don’t know how the messed up my car so bad but I’m lucky I didn’t get into an accident. Never coming here again

I’ve never heard of more expensive tire prices in my entire life. They seem to only have the most expensive tires and 0 selection or options.

I know they did a free brake check after my car was making a weird sound when I braked have to be doubtful their techs if they missed that the brakes were installed backwards

I'm from out of town and had a flat tire this morning. I spoke with Magdalina, Ryan came with the service truck, aired up the tire and followed me to the Les Schwab, I checked in - tire fixed by Logan - THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE EVER!! Thank you all for taking care of me!

What a great experience with Les Schwab Wilsonville, OR. My service tech Isaiah Coronado came to the rescue with my flat tire. He switched out my spare tire and was so friendly and quick!

Very friendly and FAST service. Came in for brake service, and was back out the door in 1.5 hours. Parker kept me updated throughout the entire service.

So I had no problem with the service provided but I was a little annoyed when I arrived at 8am and there were already people in line ahead of me. The website and hours on the door state the place opens at 8am, so why were there already people before 8am getting there cars worked on? I went in to the store over a week ago to make an appointment on Monday 8am to get it done first thing. I was assured that was the earliest I could bring it in. So I don’t want to criticize the store or service because it was great. But if there was another way to get in earlier than 8am I would have liked to have known.

Just took my car in for a pre-trip safety check and to have this noise coming from the front of my car checked out. The noise has been there for so long but has only gotten worse. I’ve had other mechanics check it out but nobody could figure it out! Les Schwab Wilsonville was quick, made sure my car was in good working order, AND they fixed the noise! All of free of charge! They’re the best!
