I had taken my car in to Lance’s shop twice before and work was great, this time I called in to schedule I had to wait around 2 months for them to get my car in, within that time my car had other issues come up. Drop off my car on Thursday, I have a conversation with the mechanic about it in the morning he says thanks for all that information I’m going to drive it and see what I can find out, I never hear back from them all throughout the weekend, I called twice left voicemail nothing so I’m questioning what’s going on with my car. Absolutely nothing was fixed on the car, it sounds awful when I start it & there’s a fumes leak code that pops up that the mechanic just turned the light off for, I’m afraid for what else will come up once I get the car back! I had waited for this appointment because I thought this was a company I could trust. Worst customer service I’m honestly shocked and disappointed that nothing was done to my car other than them keeping it the entire weekend & Carlos driving it around to pick up his lunch

We have used them for over 20 years. Satisfied many times over, multiple cars for maintenance and repairs . They are honest , very personal and professional.

These guys are great. I had a big $6k repair…headgasket, two rebuilt cylinder heads, radiator, timing belt, etc. When I was picking up the car, Lance found a mistake on the receipt to the tune of $900 that I would have never noticed. He noticed the error and took it off my bill just before we swiped the credit card. That’s hard-to-find honesty right there…I would have never known. Thanks, Lance.

Lance's Superior Auto Service truly is superior! My experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Professional, informative, excellent communication, kind and caring. Good people. Good work. No hassle. Oil and filter change was completed early, before the estimated time Lance gave me. And when I got home, I discovered the floor of the car had been vacuumed. What a pleasant surprise!

Needed an ac compressor replaced. Dealer cost, over $2K and more than a day for the work. Lances, $1800 and six hours. Plus he answers the phone, is very respectful, and zero attempt to trick or overcharge. Always great service, no hassle.
