“I would rate our experience in the showroom 5 stars. We have done two remodels, and both times the staff was helpful, thorough, and professional. However, our experience with follow up customer service was abysmal. We had an expensive light fixture appear to burn out after just over a year. It had a five year warranty. At first we were told it would be replaced, but that it was backordered and it would take about a month. After multiple attempts to get information we were told it would be another couple of months. When we again tried to get updated information three months later, we were told it would delayed at least a couple more months. We asked for a refund or credit and we were told we were not entitled to a refund or credit. We asked to talk to a decision maker and was told someone would get back to us. It’s been three weeks and we have heard nothing.6/1/2023 Ferguson went out of its way to rectify our issues, and has been very flexible and responsive going forward.”

“I need a knife. Not a kitchen knife. Not a workbench knife. I need a pocketknife. I opted for this Kershaw blade which hit my price point and had decent reviews. I'm very happy with it. It opens smoothly, the blade locks and while the close could be a little easier to execute, it's an impressive piece of machinery.As for the blade, it does a great job at cutting, poking and slicing. So far, it's been a nice box cutter when I don't want to use a razor blade. It's done a great job on a novelty pencil I picked up.I'm pleased and would consider this manufacturer again.”
