I had a really good experience with Classic Collision over a almost 1.5 year long repair of my head lights on my car. I had brought in my vehicle for a busted headlight on my Mercedez and at first the repair was great, and had left my car as is for about a year. Low and behold one day I did find the headlight had different light levels, and were uneven and turns out it was a faulty headlight from Mercedez. I originally worked with an associate that doesn't work there anymore, which made things a little harder to navigate.
Tristan took my case on. We went back and forth to get quotes from different companies for repair, and Tristan really went above and beyond to make sure my repairs were covered with Mercedez and under warranty, at no extra cost to me. I really appreciate him sticking up for me, really felt taken care of. 100% would recommend getting your car repaired here!

I usually don’t writing a review, but I recently had the pleasure of experiencing some of the best automotive repair service I've ever received. To say that my expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. Not only was the quality of the service top-notch, but the team also finished the work well ahead of schedule.
They were knowledgeable about their craft and took the time to explain the details of the service they would be providing.
The level of expertise and attention to detail displayed by the team was truly impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was in optimal condition and addressed any concerns I had. It was evident that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about the satisfaction of their customers.
Not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also maintained clear and open communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated on the progress of the service and any additional repairs that were needed. This level of transparency gave me peace of mind and confidence in their abilities.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the automotive repair service I received. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this establishment for any repairs. If you value your time and want a responsive team that working to help get back on the road I ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Was told by insurance to drop my car here April 2nd. Was sent and told repairs would be finish by end month, fast forward to constantly checking in through phone calls to check on status and kept getting told there’s a delay after delay. Fast forward towards end of May to be told I will be needing a new starter. Was unable to get a second opinion or take it to a second shop due to it still being worked on under the insurance claim. Management isn’t willing to help even though they admitted they “wouldn’t have started the repair if he knew a previous problem was occurring”. And it was only until now JULY 2nd that my car is finally finished. 3 months from drop off and additional 1300 for the starter repair with essentially no option have to send it to preferred repair shop. Again management has admitted they messed up but have no desire or plan to help out. Highly disappointed and please beware of being sent to this shop.

You can’t call and talk to a real person. You have to text or message them. I attempted to text them, but there was several minutes between texts, and what should have taken a few minutes via a normal telephone conversation, took 30 minutes or more via text. The individual on the other end was impossible to deal with over text.I refuse to do business with a company that won’t allow an actual conversation via telephone. Zero customer service.

Classic Collision in Wilsonville replaced my damaged front bumper on my Toyota Rav4. It looks beautiful and I could not be happier. They told me how the process works and communicated to me along the way. It was done on time and the whole experience was extremely positive. They made everything seamless for me and I very highly recommend them!

Check in was fast and service wonderful for repair quote. I will be taking my car for repair soon and I'm sure they will do a wonderful job on my vehicle. When you pull into the parking lot you need to take a right as their office is in the back.

Classic Collision at the Wilsonville, OR location is outstanding! We had damage to our F350 mirror and passenger door/window that made it difficult to tow our RV safely. Since we were 2,500 miles from home we needed it fixed locally and the manager made it happen on short notice. They did a great job and even worked over a holiday weekend. I highly recommend the Classic Collision team in Wilsonville, OR!Services: Painting

*Warning to future customers*I scheduled and waited 2 months for an estimate for my insurance claim (the insurance company pre-approved this location specifically). After learning that I wouldn’t be scheduling a repair job following the estimate (I’m trading my car in). Chad Knopik, service advisor, was rude and dismissive towards me. He didn’t even look at my car and wrote me an estimate using the paperwork already submitted by insurance to base a “new” estimate off of. According to him, he couldn’t get any part pricing unless he took apart and repaired my car. This wasn’t what was agreed upon at the time of setting the appointment. Thankfully Tualitan auto body is down the road and more dependable. They confirmed that’s not an industry wide practice. Tualitan Auto Body took the time to look at my car and give me a new estimate, unlike Chad. My experience here was.. wait 2 months and be disrespected, not have any service provided that was originally agreed upon. Or go down the road and do it in 30 minutes. I’ve never written a review before but Chad earned this one.0/10 customer service from Chad.He is 10/10 on knowing how to get out of doing his job.
