“I brought a watch in that needed a link taken out of the band. It also needed a small piece on the clasp adjusted so it would snap into place. At first Danika didn't want to mess with it out of fear of breaking it, but I figured worse case scenario I leave in the same predicament as I arrived in, so I told her to go for it. After 10 or so minutes of expert repair work, my Invicta is a good as new and fits great. Danika along with the other jeweler were fantastic and I'll be going back if I need any help with jewelry or repairs n the future”

I can't say enough positives about both of them! They are both knowledgeable and most importantly, operate with integrity. Ken was incredibly patient and kind as I navigated the journey to find my perfect ring. Frederick too insisted that he was "not happy until I was happy" with every little detail. “If patience is a virtue then the two salesmen, Chris Sturgill and Conner Hutton are two of the most virtuous people alive. My husband and I went into the Jared store in Tualatin, OR at a minimum of 8 times over the last month looking at watches. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable about every type of watch in the store but were also fun to work with. We went in only intending to buy one watch and walked away with three. Could not say enough nice things about these two gentlemen. Great experience all around.”

My daughter, son-in-law and I all wanted a high end rings made containing the baby's ashes and her birth gemstone. Dean worked patiently with each of us to design our rings. He arranged for my daughter, son-in-law and me to place the ashes into the rings' chambers ourselves and then sealed them while we were in his store. The associate informed me that if I scan the QR code I can get $5.00 off and it was a pleasant surprise that she added another discount (Disclaimer: No, I wasn't being a demanding/entitled Karen. I honestly don't know why she gave me the discount not that I am complaining.). Overall, we are very happy with our shopping experience at this store.
