The customer service of this place is just awful. The maybe Indian guy who runs the counter treats me like trash every time I come in, talks on the phone the phone whole time you're dealing with him, is somehow condescending even though being a complete doofus, and doesn't even have the hospitality to say "hello" or "thank you" even though they charge $2.00 more for every commodity I'm interested in compared to every other gas station or grocery store. I gave this place another chance today since it's close to work but after the same old story I'll never go here again.
This business will very soon go under and deserves to unless changes are made.

Asked the cashier some questions about some of the alcohol they sold, his response was, “he doesn’t drink”. What? 1st of all, this is a “ liquor store”, 2nd of all, you work here!!!! Not sure why someone who doesn’t drink would even work there but even so, if you work there, you should know something about what it is you sell!!! And his customer service was horrible! No smile, no greeting when I walked in (and I was the only customer there) and not even an apologetic. “I’m sorry that I don’t know the products”, just a short, “I don’t drink” answer to my questions… Wow! He’s probably the owner being that he’s from another country so he needs to hire someone that actually knows something about the products and has some customer service skills.

NEVER, EVER use their location to drop off UPS packages...over $500 worth in two packages of sales later, UPS never received the packages I gave to In-N-Out to ship off for me. Totally bogus. Totally a scam. Zero answers from them...not even a "sorry,."

Would give half a star if it let me. Just went in to buy a soda and a pizza pocket which was labeled 199 the cashier charged me 249 and wanted to argue even though it's on the sign. Have been a regular there for a long time but since the staff has changed service has gone downhill, I'm going to attempt to contact the owner to address this as I have talked to him before and he needs to seriously address the customer service

The two new cahiers sexualy harass women asking age, marital status, making comments on their bodies and asking if they have kids, they read details on peoples licence and IDs out loud, like their memorising addresses ? Creepy. Please be safe going into this business alone or sending your kids. Bad vibes.

Came specifically here to get multiple number of drawings for next multi-million. The cashier gave me multiple drawings for the of the same number for the next few drawing dates. Reducing my chances of what I asked for. Told me he couldn't do anything and couldn't void them. Don't think I'll be coming back for loto tickets.
