Organized, well stocked and incredibly neat and clean. Exceptionally friendly staff that encouraged us to play with their displayed RC cars. They engaged in conversation with my child about all the features and mods. That being said, there's really something for everyone. This shop covers all age levels, skill levels, and a real gem when it comes to rare items to find. I spent a lot of time here and will definitely be back. The prices are not outrageous either.

It was nice they let you play and try things out. Some very expensive items, and some great things on the cheaper side as well.

I recently purchased a RC car from HobbyTown, same as i have done for the past four years. Unfortunately, the RC car failed just TWO DAYS after purchase!
When I brought it back to the store, the sales associate David didn't seem to care. Instead of offering a replacement or some sort of a solution, he tried to SELL ME MORE STUFF! I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of support.
As a customer, I chose to buy local to support stores in my area. However, this experience makes me buy online in the future. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.
Update*** store owner reached out and provided a solution that fixed the issue. Thank you!

My interest is RC airplanes.
Very limited supply of inventory in this hobby category.
Employees were helpful and friendly, but there’s only so much they could do with what they have.

Very helpful, knowledgeable guy working the day we went in (6/5/24) . The other employee seemed very limited to the knowledge they had outside of model cars and very standoffish with customers.
We were given great tips and advice and got some good upgrades for our sons crawler.

Great customer service and amazing product selection. Started coming here for RC parts, found the gundam selection of model kits and recently started purchasing their puzzles and diamond art. Love this store!!

This store has an amazing selection of Gunpla and all the supplies you would need to get started: nippers, sanding sticks/blocks, paint, panel liners, etc. If they don’t have a Gunpla model in stock they will try to order it for you - just ask! Rose who works there is always so helpful and friendly. I love this place.

Was disappointed with the lack of trains and other things that you used to find in a hobby shop but times have changed. And now drones and remote control trucks are the popular thing I guess. Which is what they have plenty of. Customer service was fine but nothing exceptional.

Hobby Town Wilsonville is the best hobby store in the whole PDX area. If they don't have something, they'll try their hardest to order it for you. Super amazing and helpful staff.
