“Very happy with this location! I came in here looking to start a small project of adding a drain to my ice chest and was looking for parts. The staff was extremely helpful, I have to say I'm impressed with their willingness to make an effort. Something you rarely see nowadays. They even let me come in and use their drill to install the drain in my ice chest. Very happy with my experience and I'll be stopping here again!”

“Amazing customer service today when I called October 4th about pool noodles for my girls hotsprings trip. Everywhere was out at least 6 places I tried and Amazon wouldn'thabe gotten here fast enough. Called and instantly was told nope out of season all gone. I made a desperate FB post asking if anyone had any leads. One lovely lady advised I try Lake Oswego Ace as they have great customer service. I called and was greeted immediately by Rob who said you know we have them put away upstairs for the season but if you hold on I'll see if I can still access them. Rob comes back and says how many do you need. He pulled down 6 for me. Even asked if I had a color preference. I picked them right up and they were waiting for me at the front of the store. It's customer service like this I'll never forget. Going the extra mile. He could have easily told me no but he didn't even for a $30 sale. Stay Golden Rob?”

“So right before that snow / ice storm I was looking for a 4 prong cable for the generator and I saw there is one in stock on the website. By the time I got there it was gone but I have asked the staff and they called the other store nearby and they had it available, placed on hold for me and I’ve got what I needed, on time. And I have ended up using it too!Not the first thing I am buying there. Thanks to the staff of this store.”

“I brought a couple of 4' x 8' sheets of plastic in to be ripped to 34" wide. Even though they were busy, they accommodated my request (at no charge) and completed the cuts in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend TAP for their expertise and superior customer service.”
“The guys in here were super patient. I cant imagine the amount of times they have to repeat things to people but, they were unbelievably patient and helpful with my naiveté towards wood working. They have an awesome selections of tools, varieties of wood, helpful staff, and pretty much the best selection around. If youre new to wood working come here!”
“Ace really is the place with the helpful hardware man! I always get genuinely helpful assistance at Ace. It's my favorite place to go when I'm doing a home project, especially if I need any advice about it. The Progress Ace is my favorite Ace store. They are Ace+ in my book. The very first time I came in (years ago) I brought my string trimmer in with me to make sure I bought the right size part. Matt didn't just show me the right part I needed, he actually installed it for me! Above and beyond customer care.”

“Switched from TAP plastics for cut to size acrylic and am NOT disappointed. TAP's quality became very poor over the past couple years we used them. We have yet to be disappointed with the quality or customer service with Multi craft.”
“Wonderful help! We had a very specific need— remodeling a bathroom to ADA standards and our salesperson went above and beyond to pull together a cohesive, stylish look that is functional. The person living in the home gets to bathe in a beautiful space that doesn’t feel at all institutional, a common problem when choosing accessible fixtures. Additionally, all the “behind the scenes” parts and fixtures were carefully chosen and our order came complete and with no do-overs. Highly, highly recommend!”
“Michael was truly such a kind person. Lately, we've been needing to replace the water heater in our restaurant, and finding the right-sized heater has been quite challenging. “Love this place! Yesterday, I went in looking for a replacement washer for a handheld showerhead hose. Went up to the register and got exactly what I needed, plus a new showerhead to replace the leaky one that I was intending to order online. Also, troubleshooted my water heater issue all in one visit!”
“Andrew Campbell gave outstanding customer service. I’m in process of remodeling my cabin basement up in the mountains and needed wood for trim and Tongue and groove for ceiling. Andrew helped me assess options, place my order and schedule delivery. All around I found him patient, helpful and easy to work with. He was super responsive and professional. And much to my surprise part prices were the best around— even beating Home Depot— and quality was great. Overall a huge win for me!!!!”

“Google saves the day! Typically the employee responsible of that specific aisle, does not know the answer or have a clue of what I am looking for or trying to find. Google and YouTube works great for figuring out how to install or what part I need. The best thing Home Depot has done in the last year is update their app. Now when the app opens it locates what store you're in and tells you what aisle the product is located. GREAT! I guess this is because the associates do not know where things are? The bad part of this store is the over tilt to self check out. The Military discount codle is not on the app so you do not need to verify with an employee. Pretty soon, we will only have two workers in the store...LMAO”

“I recently moved into Tualatin which is close to the Sherwood Home depot. I am a single woman who at times like these could really use a man in my life. Well without one, I went into the store today and was greeted by a man in the garden center that walked me all the way into the store to show me where the things I was looking for were. He spent a good 15 minutes with me explaining how to do things and teaching me. Satisfactory service. I thought all of my questions were answered when I saw a woman working there and asked her a few questions... Her name was Heidi. What a huge asset Heidi is to the store there. She gave me some wonderful ideas and showed me all around the store for different possibilities on things I can create myself. Heidi was very informative and I felt excited when I left there and not overwhelmed. Thank you to all the staff members; Thank you again for making my visit to the Home Depot today a wonderful experience.”
