I had an unfortunate experience with AJ today. I placed an online order and showed up when the store opened at 12, before I had received confirmation that my order was ready for pickup (I understood this and wasn't in a rush). AJ was quick to help me and explained that orders aren't ready instantaneously and I let her know I wasn't in a rush. After a little more explaining from her, I may have rubbed her the wrong way by saying I didn't understand the big deal; the trading cards I was picking up were within reach and I let her know I've done this before (maybe closing out online orders is a pain on their end, I was drawing from my experience with doing this in other GameStops). Because I had paid online already - she was just going to cancel the order and sell them to me - I asked for confirmation that I wasn't charged. "Check your bank account," she said. I pointed out that it was rude and she said "I'm not a nice person." And when I left she said "I hope you have a better rest of your day." And I told her I didn't think she should work around people.
I might have come across a certain kind of way that irritated her; I have many years under my belt dealing with the often-annoying public. I get it. But I think her reaction was disproportionately rude if she didn't care for my vibe. I wasn't sure if I'd write a review, but the end result is I'd avoid going back into that store because of her and would prefer to know that if I were the manager.

Store is fine, but the employees on duty the last two times I’ve been there have been rude, disrespectful and unhelpful (the woman who appeared to be the manager was the rudest). I suggest picking a different location if you choose GameStop.

Went here for the first time and it was the easiest time I’ve had in any GameStop. AJ was amazing with great service. I will definitely be back to this location

This store is never open when the posted hours say it will be in the middle of the day. Frustrating.

Been trying to go to this location for a few weeks to but cards but it hasn't even been open and I went in the middle of the day. It's happened the past 4 times I've tried to go there..

I usually have a good experience in this shop but I didn't last night. The dude ringing us up was rude. Clearly a total douche. The girl working the other register seemed way more personable. We should have went to her side instead.

Had a bunch of old games and a couple controllers I forgot I still had so I decided to bring them here. They are a bit picky on what they buy for older "retro" games so I was unable to git rid of all I brought in, but I did leave with a little bit of walking around money and ended up with less clutter. Your not gonna get rich or even close to what you paid, but it'sBetter than nothing, and the staff will do their best to get you the most value as possible. Lots of cool extras in the store as well. Pokemon cards to basketball cards and everything in between. ??

The employees are great but the manager Avi is super rude to her employees. They would ask her questions about inventory and she would snap at them like they're stupid. Its completely unethical. There is also a smell which makes it a little hard to shop around.
