Monthly prescriptions that are on auto order, shouldn't take 2weeks for the pharmacy to get in stock. NOT the 1st time this has happened to me. Getting pretty pissy about it now.

Pharmacy is awful! Run arounds, constant incompetency with insurance...they want 1200 for 2 scripts that can be got without insurance at any other pharmacy for about 150. Constantly put on hold and nobody has the same answer, much less the correct answer. They are not cheaper, they make it a hassle to even get a prescription and I'm sure the frequent hold ups are because people like me have to go back 4 times just to get one script! I will not be back, Costco is better. Shoot, Safeway is almost better at this point.

Fred Meyer Wilsonville has always been the best experience for me compared not only with other supermarkets like Safeway, but also with Fred Meyer in other locations in the Portland region, and Fred Meyer Pharmacy in Wilsonville is no exception, especially if you have experienced horrid experiences with Safeway pharmacy at any location, for example. The wait here is short (actually no wait at all), the given schedule is kept on time if not earlier, the attitude of the staff is nice and welcoming… you name it.

The staff in this pharmacy look like they are constantly busy. Sometimes they can communicate with each other a little better on new prescription availability and the time it takes to complete it. Other than that I feel that they are way better than most others out there.

I switched from Tualatin to Wilsonville and it has been wonderful. I want to point out two employees who went above and beyond for me today. The pharmacist was Candy and the tech was Maggie-both were kind and helpful. There was a small issue when I arrived and both ladies stayed calm, professional, kind, and, resolved the issue.

This review is for the Newberg Fred Meyer Pharmacy:I typically don't make online reviews (good or bad) and my grace bucket is quite high but as an advocate for my husband and for people treating others with respect, I was absolutely appalled by the rudeness of the Pharmacist at the Newberg Fred Meyer location. We are very friendly, patient, gracious people and my husband walked away biting his tongue and feeling completely disrespected after trying to fill the same Rx he has been filling for decades at another FM location which just happened to be out this one time. We will not return to this pharmacy again.

I have a been a loyal shopper at this location since I moved to Oregon in April of 2014. However I will not shop here again!Few weeks back was on my way home and realized I need a ink cartridge for my printer. Stopped Clackamas FM and purchased one. It did not fit so since they were close drove to Wilsonville hoping to make the exchange. When I arrived the PIC/manager in charge of the store was at the Customer service having small talk with the cashier. I asked for their help and was told the policy of open box ink cartridges instead instead of being helpful. As I was getting upset I bang the ink cartridge showing my frustration and asked for a manager. Was told Sara was the manager on the Floor

It's hard to express just how bad Fred Meyer Pharmacy has become. They are always behind schedule. Prescriptions are not ready for pickup at the promised time. And good luck trying to get someone to even answer the phone. I recommend Rite-Aid or even Walgreens instead

I had been waiting for over 10 days for a much-needed refill of prednisone to be sent by physician and FM Pharmacy filled the minute they finally received it!! Very thankful! Cookies to thank them all!

No stars if possible. Work for a company that you can align your own morales to. If you work with or for Fred Meyer Pharmacy then I have lost all respect for you. Similar to Walgreens the entire industry is pure capitalism and when you need daily medication to live (Juvenile type 1 Diabetes. Not like I could have prevented this) it can be ridiculous to have the Industry constantly changing proceeders to get patients to pay more money.

Fred Meyers pharmacy is the worst I've ever gone too ! Linda who answers the phone and checks people out is the rudest small minded horrible person I've ever met! She lied to me and wouldn't fill my prescription saying it was to early even though the dr made the date to be filled on the same day ! So she got everybody riled up 3 Dr's when they all said fill it she eaven if it was early fill it was OK to fill. All the workers there think I'm a liar. I went to pick it up and she's like I'll help you over her ! Never will I go to that pharmacy again beware of linda my dr s office couldn't believe what she did it's worse than what I say her I get to upset she would pick up the phone and hang it up ! I couldn't talk to anyone else so I went up to the store and talked to Sue the pharmacist she said she didn't know about it so she called the dr !! 4 calls to the dr not my PC he was off so the other dr didn't want to be involved so she said call the reg PC the next day who FILLED IT NO PROBLEM! When I told the dr about her lies and everything they were stunned that Fred Meyers would allow a worker not only to be openly rude but to hank up on me and not let me through to anyone else ! She had no rite or reason to treat me or anyone else like this. If you want to be treated badly and don't mind letting the girl who answers phones control your medications than go to Wilsonville Fred Meyers me I'm going to rite aid.

Every single time I have a prescription to be filled they say it will be done at a certain time and it never is. When you mess with a person meds you need to be fired. Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever used but I can’t change it cause Of my medical situation
