Once I came in asking about how to transfer a silly Robinhood account to my Fidelity account. The employee said that he did the same thing, but it was long enough ago that he had forgotten. So, he got help, and explained everything.Another time, after asking friends, I came here to ask about cashing old bonds that were still in paper form. The same thing happened, the employee wasn’t sure and told me it was a good question. It took a brief amount of time before he came back and told me to look up a “sav1522” file on a federal website. Perfect.I can easily highly recommend Fidelity because of my visits here, and the fact that they are always helpful.”
