Fed ex *$$# Everyone I conversed with warned me against it. Until I had to find out myself. Please don't use fed ex. They couldn't care less about you. Use USPS. at least they're consistent.

They said they can send passport applications, they can not your application will be denied. You have to go to a certified location or city hall.

One of the rudest and useless fedex locationThey refused to take a shipment cause they say it is over 40 lb while I shipped 50 lb from same location one month ago without any problem .At the start the lady there accept the packages and scanned the label I ask for fedex pouch to attach invoice documents as it going overseas but they say they do no have even it was there one month ago . So I said ok I will buy envelope and stick it to the box after that an ignorant young lady ( fedex location manager ) come and start say nonsense we do not accept over 40 lb shipment . I told here I came with uber Xl and took me an hour to get one she insisted not to take the shipment and keep saying just go 10 mile to real fedex location . While I was looking for uber Xl and waiting Fedex car came to the location I asked if he can accept them. He was very nice guy and said for sure and he scan the packages without any problems and move it to his Car

The employees know literally nothing about FedEx policy, having to ask about every single aspect of this transaction. However, the manager was just as ignorant.They refused to provide me an envelope for a document that was accompanied by a label that specifically* included an envelope. They tried to force me to buy an entire pack of envelopes, then acted as if I was lying about the nature of said document and label.In short, every employee of fedex was very much ignorant to the duties of their jobs. I then went to a different location, where I had literally* the exact opposite experience. I would 100% never* trust this location with any* parcel no matter how trivial it may be.
