Time and time again I'm just disappointed with Discount. Had to call twice to get parts ordered because they wouldn't call me back. After giving them the vehicle and measurements of what I needed they ordered in the wrong part, which I didn't know until I came to pick it up. The service writer assured me it would fit, which I shouldn't have listened to. Surprise surprise, it didn't fit. So I had to return to the store for a refund. Just disappointed at the lack of professionalism. If you're not sure that's fine, if you can't get the right size that's okay. Don't let me walk out with a wrong part assuring me it's correct.

I just bought the Wildpeak AT3s a few months ago....Awesome service. Today however, this location went above and beyond. I had a couple of tires that could not be repaired. The damage was due to debris from construction sites on highways 26, 217, I-5 and poor clean up management.
When I bought the tires i also bought coverage. Unfortunately the Wildpeak AT3Ws that I had bought for my 4runner have been discontinued by the manufacturer. DT could not quickly locate the tires that I needed.
They honored both the coverage contract for the damaged tire, replacing it with a new AT4W and also pro-rated the other three new AT4W. An unfortunate series of events resulted in saving me hundreds today.

ALEX is wonderful to work with. Anytime I go to get tires he blows my experience away always on time. Wonderful customer service and gets me out in a timely fashion. If you need any tire needs I highly recommended working with Alex

In the last two years we have bought new tires, from this location, for two vehicles. We recently went in with a flat tire and they told us it couldn't be fixed. They tried to sell us a new tire. We took it over to Les Schwab and they fixed it for free. Moral of this story is next time we need new tires we will be buying them from Les Schwab.

Fantastic and friendly experience! Was welcomed as soon as I walked in. Adrian was very helpful. My tires were too worn in the front to be safe, and he kindly recommended replacing all four and found two options at two price points to choose from for my older car with small wheels. Quick service when they switched them out. The whole team was great! Even when busy, they remained friendly and efficient. Tires are excellent and I feel much safer, especially as I drove through a thunderstorm right after. Highly recommend!

Got me in, quickly, with an appointment...don't come here without an appointment unless you can drop a vehicle off. You will be waiting a long time without an appointment!
