I use Direct Transport at work multiple times per month.Everyone is friendly and helpful. They communicate well, and get the jobdone. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Placed an order from my business (Company A) early in the morning to pick up at Company B and to deliver to Company C. Order was ready and awaiting pickup at Company B. Upon arrival to company B, Direct Transport’s driver gave no mention of Company A. After 10 minutes of Company B working to piece the info together, Direct Transport left empty-handed. My business (Company A) then had to pay a rush premium to have another driver sent to pickup and deliver order in time. Very poor communication and unprofessional response from customer service.

My husband's company has been using this service for many years and is so happy with their response time and service, we don't use national carriers any longer for Metro-based deliveries. We highly recommend Direct Transport!

We had ordered appliances and needed them delivered. I called and asked for a quote and was very specific with Mary what was in the delivery, it's total weight, how many pieces and exactly where it was to be delivered inside the house. I was told not a problem, if it takes longer than 15 minutes, there will be a surcharge of $40 an hour that will be prorated depending on the time needed to deliver the items inside the house. Low and behold when the driver arrives he is all by himself and there is no way he can deliver the items safely inside. He tells me to call dispatch, I spoke to Pedro and then his boss only to be told I failed to communicate exactly what was in the order and we will give you $20 for the miscommunication. At this point, I'm screwed and it's not like I can cancel the delivery. Another delivery service was honest at the time of my calling for a quote and said they don't carry liability insurance to deliver inside. They were cheaper by $70. I went with Direct Transport because I was assured they could deliver inside the house. Now, we have to hire another team to move the items inside. Thanks so much!
