Reasoning for mid rewiew: A p's comment was currect in the members of the store needing you to buy phones and insisting on it. All I needed was a screen repair and ended up getting a new phone I didn't want anyway because of how persistent the sales man was and having the money to end the persistence. That being said I do now like my phone slightly more just because it is newer and I was going to try and get a new phone at some point. That being said sub par human skills refusal to utilize actual services cricket provides other than getting a new phone to replace it. And lack of general respect for most cricket users bugets as well. Will not be going back to this location due to lack of personabulilaty, acountaboulaty, and general understanding. My experience as I stated was me asking for a screen repair which is an option yall have and had to buy and entirely new phone. Horrible.

The guys here are scammers, came in with a brand new at&t phone all I needed was a replacement sim as I am already an existing customer but the guy working told me I couldn't hook up my phone and tried to get me to buy a phone from him for $105 I told him the gentleman from the other store, Chris told me All I needed was a sim and since this store was closer I decided to go in Big Mistake! I called Chris And told him what was happening and he told me to just go to his store and he would take care of it. I showed up with Chris and in less than 5 minutes my at&t phone was hooked up and he didn't even charge me for the sim to apologize for this stores rude behavior and unprofessionalism. To the gentleman working at this location it looks like YOUR store is the one that hires anyone off the street. Go see Chris and his Team at the Biddle location their great! Avoid this store like the plague. FYI maybe don't disrespect your customer and another employee from the same business as you in the same breath.
