Was very quick and affordable, one million times better than Les Schwab, and most importantly will not try and sell you on other things or tell you you have bad parts! I was missing a lugnut that led Schwab lost and they gave me a new one for just under a dollar. Will be going back from now on.

I'm pretty sure costco recruits for its tire centers outside of jails and prisons. Its the only explanation for the amount of dirtbags working there.

As fast as I can tell this is an absolutely shady, dishonest, untrustworthy service center. The supervisor is in on the lying and supports deception. They will look for every thin and flimsy excuse to avoid actually covered service under warranty that exceeds the realm of the rationale. Discount Tires is across the parking lot if you need something in this area. Use at your own risk.

My family had a flat on I-5 I drove it on the flat all the way to Costco hoping for service instead I was Disrespected and disregarded if we could give this business a 0 stars it would have it,the tire center would not help me change 1 flat tire near closing time,(happily sold me a tire they couldn’t install tonight)we are on a trip and it was 8:00-8:30 I was even offered a hefty tip if they would stay a couple minutes after closing to help us, NOPE. It would have been quick now i have to hire another company to install the tire right outside the tire center while the employees of the tire center watch out the window!

Extremely displeased with the service level here. 1/2 the time the team is good, and the other 1/2 the time they are completely disinterested. This week, we had a nail in the tire and my wife came by when they opened, asked for an emergency service (fully under our warranty - the tires are 3 months old), and they indicated it could get done quickly. 3+ hours later she was still waiting around Costco for them to get to the job. Just be honest - if you're busy, that's fine, send us on our way. The tire prices are pretty good, but the service at this and other Costco Tires Centers are no longer are worth the "free" services that supposedly come with the tires.

Poor customer service, complete waste of time. We wanted our winter tires put on a vehicle we recently purchased. My husband dropped off the vehicle and shopped the store with our toddler while he waited. THREE HOURS later, tire center called and said they could not switch the tires for us because they were not purchased at Costco. We don't know where the tires were purchased because both our sets came with the new used vehicle but we always buy our tires from Costco. Correction, we used to buy our tires from Costco. P.S. we also called in advance to try to schedule a tire appointment. Not once were we told the tires needed to be purchased from Costco.

We just bought a large expensive bag of Kirkland bacon bits with an expiration date of 06/01/24. Opened them up and they were full of mold. This isn't the first time. We've bought frozen halibut that was also bad, and expensive. About done with shopping at this place. We're tired of spending money on rotten food.

Never buy tires there. They promise air checks anytime. I was due for neck surgery and asked if they would check and they said no use the self serve, absolute asses. Today I spent $900+ and they were to call when done, in about an hour. 1 1/2 hours passed, I checked, it was done 40 minutes ago, they didn't bother to call and didn't apologize when I called them on it. They installed tires, didn't clean them. Look like crap. For almost 1000 dollars no courtesy service for anything. They are complete asses. Spend your good money somewhere else, these people are the worst.

It's a good place to come, even when it's busy there's not a long wait time. Everytime I walk into the store, I spend more than planned. This store has a large variety. This location seems bigger than most. I have been to Costco's in several states and a couple of countries. They all are the same. Big warehouses enticing me to shop and spend money. One of my favorite stores.

We stopped to get some pizza on our way out of the store. If you're paying with cash, you get pushed to the back. As I stood in line for 10 minutes, waiting to place an order, everyone that ordered from the kiosk with a credit card got their orders put ahead of mine. Once I finally got to place an order, 10 minutes later, I asked when we were going to get it. She told me it was going to be 10 to 15 more minutes because we ordered a whole pizza. And there were bigger orders ahead of us. Something she failed to mention after I stood in line for 10 minutes already. Go to pizza Schmizza across the street.

Just visited and I believe Matthew/Matt helped me out. Went to discount tire received a quote of about $1200 with warranty. I then asked if they were more affordable than Costco so discount tire “price matched” me online with Costco before I even got a quote from them. Long story short I walked over to Costco and received a quote for 4 new tires and now saving about $300!

Ok. This is funny... the Wilsonville Costco is exactly backwards of the Portland Costco. I'm all..... the coffee should be there.... but it's on the other side of the store. Costco rules...no matter where the products are. Cheers
