excellent bank, I have had my money here since 2007, once I lost my wallet in Portland, and whoever found it made purchases with my debit card, I came to Chase bank and reported it, they did the investigation and returned my money...thank you

This branch and people working there serves no purpose. Its a waste of time talking to them and going to the branch. For all questions their response is do it online which is equally useless. Feels unwelcomed the staff is useless. I recommend WELL FARGO or BOA much better service and knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any help and feel forced to give them 2 stars. I drove by the front and the original hours state it’s open until 6pm so I went to park got out of my car and the bank is actually closed(it was 5:12) I then see a paper sign stating they close at 5 pm. Which is fine because drive thru banking is open right? No sorry they will make you go around and then you will see a sign that says it’s out of service. But that’s fine because you can use the ATM right? Wrong again the atm didn’t work either! Thanks for not helping chase?

Worst bank ever so many hidden fees and fees that make no sense. With today's technology things should work differently. I feel like there the best at stealing money from you claiming it's fees.
