My hair stylist bleached and dyed my long(ish) hair, blond, which I requested. UNFORTUNATELY, she brushed my hair SO hard WHILE still wet that she literally pulled GOBS and GOBS of it out!I was mortified when I saw ALL OF MY HAIR in her brush! I am 68 and already have thinning hair! For gauds sakes, we want to keep our hair! And as a hair stylist she knows that brushing wet hair, HARD, esp AFTER dying, will cause it to fall out! Her response was; "it will grow back"!Its been over a year and IT HAS NOT GROWN BACK! I STILL HAVE THE BALD SPOTS FROM WHERE SHE PULLED IT OUT! I'm completely Mortified about this! She either did not care or did it intentionally?! If she did it intentionally, SHE OBVIOUSLY SHOULD NOT BE IN THE BUSINESS! I mean, it was just totally horrifying!

I went to see Sally, because she had an opening when I needed one, and this salon was close to my house. The salon is very nice and clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. Sally was very kind and professional and understood exactly what I wanted! She gave me a nice head massage when she did my shampoo and gave me a deep conditioner since my hair was dry, and made some recommendations for hair masks without trying to push certain products. She took her time and gave me a really nice trim and styled it beautifully. I walked out feeling fabulous! Highly recommend her for haircuts.

I've been to Claire 3 times lately. She's up to date with nail fashion. Is the only nail tech at the salon so it is quiet and she finishes in time do you can enjoy the rest of the day.

Usula is so sweet! I have been getting my hair done with her for 1.5 years now. She is always on time and happy to try new things with my hair when I am ready. Her space is clean. She isn't overpriced like a lot of salons in the area.
