Baha Auto Body is incredible. Believe me. My car—2008 model, only 38,000 miles—was rear-ended by a big truck. Huge truck. The driver didn’t see me because the truck was so high, and when the light turned green, boom, he hits the back of my car. Big damage. But I wasn’t worried, because I knew I wanted the best, and I wanted it fixed right.
So I take it to this other body shop—big mistake. The work was terrible, absolutely terrible. The paint? Horrible. The trunk lid? Didn’t fit right. And there was even a part of the trunk they didn’t even touch. Can you believe that? It was bad. Really bad. But hey, the guy who hit me paid for it, so I couldn’t really do much about it.
Then I took my car to Baha Auto Body, and WOW. They fixed everything. The paint is perfect. The trunk lid? Fits like it’s brand new. They went above and beyond to fix the mistakes of the other shop. It’s like my car is brand new again, folks—better than ever. Absolutely fantastic work. I don’t trust just anyone with my cars, but I trust Baha. You want quality? You go to Baha. Simple as that.

I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota. It got smacked by an un-insured motorist. It bent the bumper, damaged the bed, side and broke the suspension spring. Well, my insurance company totaled it because of the Oregon law, repair costs out way the value of the truck. Oh my! It's a very nice truck and I want it repaired. So I called around, maybe about 15 repair shops and NONE of them would repair it it because of that. I saw Baha Auto Body and gave them a try. They didn't have many reviews but got talking with Vahe and he said sounds like I can help. I took it to him the next day and he looked it over and said, ya, I can fix this. Very friendly and family oriented. He laid everything out for me and kept me posted on getting a new bumper, a used bed. He told me up front what the cost would be because it mostly would come out of pocket. The price was very reasonable in fact, better than others that I contact earlier. Vahe even buffed out other scratches that I had on the truck and did little things for me for no reason. I picked up the truck and I was amazed. That bed looked brand new. It was 100 times better than it was before. I would recommend anyone, especially anyone in my case that had insurance issues. He cares about what he puts out.

I have given this a lot of thought because complaining isn't my style. I chose Baja Auto body merely because they were close and had five stars. I was satisfied with our interaction and believed I had made the right choice. I was wrong. After they had my car for a month I was able to finally pick it up last night. I didn't notice at my first quick glance that about an inch and a half in length dent was left un-touched AND I had to pay $250 cash out of pocket. I'm certain if I drove a new Beemer or Lexus this "oversight" would not have occurred. I believe there may be an unconscious bias happening. I am a woman and I don't drive a $30,000 car. I'm very disappointed and yes I will have the remaining dent repaired but it will be with who I wish I would have gone to in the first place, PDX Auto body. Not only did they do an amazing job on a prior repair, they figured my entire deductible into the quote and I wasn't without my car for a month.

After the stress of dealing with insurance companies and a different shop that weren’t helpful, Baha was an answer to my prayers! They are angels sent to help me after month of stress with a different shop. I highly recommend all the guys at Baha! I felt they cared more about making me happy than they cared anything about making a dollar. Baha is pleasant and I have only good things to say about them. I will not use any other shop for any auto body work! I’m so glad I found them! I love these guys! They saved my car from being a parts car.

I was referred to Baha's by a coworker after my parked truck was struck by a rogue cyclist. Bahas is a family owned shop. Vahe, the owner and his son, Statler, were prompt communicators through the estimating process, gave me an excellent price for the repairs, and completed the work super fast. I've brought several of my family's cars to Baha over the years--from fender benders to near-totaled. Always excellent results. There are dozens of shops closer to my home, but if you're looking for an honest body shop where you get personalized attention, help dealing with an insurance company, that can deal with complex "new car" repairs, and take pride in their work look no further. Picking the closest shop is fine if your don't care about the repair, but if you want the best, it's well worth the effort to take your car or truck to Baha.

I needed a fender replaced on my Subaru, and spent several days getting quotes from many different body shops. I was a bit hesitant to check out Baha at first, mainly because the reviews were few and far between. But they were just a mile away from my house, so I decided to give them a shot. And I'm so glad I finally did! I just picked my car up this evening, and I couldn't be happier. Even the first appointment, when just getting a quote, their customer service was several levels above every other place I had been. The owner and his employees were super nice and very real, and I didn't at all get the feeling that they were just trying to make a sale. The quote was a little cheaper than the other places I had been, so that's also a bonus. The biggest thing for me was their honesty. I had a few paint chips that I had asked about being touched up at all the other places, and was told that I would need to just completely replace the parts that were chipped, and that the labor to do so would add quite a bit $$$ to the total. However, at Baha, the owner was able to just touch them up with paint with no problem. My car was finished in a good time frame, at a very reasonable cost, and it looks perfect. They may be located a bit further out, but it is 100% worth it to come here. I'll definitely be returning for any future body work I need done!Services: Body & Trim

My experiences with Baha over the years has been nothing short of amazing. My family and I have been customers of theirs for years and their work is always phenomenal and on time.They're so kind, patient and understanding. They never once made me feel inadequate because I didn't understand something and actually took the time to explain things so I could understand.They really try to work with you to the best of their abilities and I never once felt like they were overcharging, out to screw me over or nasty in any way.It really is a wonderful family owned business that I'm happy to support. I've referred many people to them who've also had stellar results as well.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done! You won't be disappointed!However I AM disappointed in the negative review that was left by John. Yes, it's a small family owned business and someone isn't always available to answer their phone because obviously they're working their tails off to finish the work they currently have. That's not an uncommon occurrence with small shops of any kind. They're only human.Honestly Vahe and his employees are by far some of the absolute sweetest and kind-hearted people in the business and just in general. It's a great group of people doing more than quality work with great attitudes.My guess is Mr. Grumpy Gills John over here most likely came in with a sassy attitude in the first place because they're literally the nicest group of guys. It's a pity to see someone who had one slightly negative interaction be so nasty and rude to people who have been nothing but kind and generous to countless others.Also just to throw this out there as far as I'm aware the only reason why they're now working out of their home shop is because trimet booted them from their last shop downtown because of a new max line they put in but either way does that really matter or make a difference in their impeccable quality of work?
