We've been long time customers and always love the service and people at Wilsonville Audi.
Sometimes you don't realize how good something is until you try something else?
TLDR : Zero notice, fit me in on the spot, and fixed my vehicle. Plus a was and vacuum, which did not suck (pun intended)?
Well we had a major service interval done on our TDI at another Audi Dealer and they didn't fill the AdBlue fluid tank.
Sounds like a small problem. About as drastic as being out of washer fluid.....
For those that don't know; when that fluid is out, the car won't start. At all.
I got a "your car will no longer start in 500 miles" alert. Called the dealer that serviced the car and was assured that 2,000 miles ago it was done. It was suggested that a sensor may be broken.
either way, straight to Wilsonville I went. zero notice.
no appointment.
mid day.
they got my car in straight away. found the ad blue tank was almost totally empty.
filled it at NO CHARGE.
We've always been so pleased with the repair/service here.

We tried to buy an AudiS3 from this dealership via a dealer trade from the Seattle area. My husband's lung cancer has just recurred, and he is very ill, which he mentioned to the salesperson, Carly, as the reason we could not travel to Oregon to do the deal in person. Carly never even acknowledged my husband's situation, let alone showing any empathy or compassion for him. It was just a series of emails and texts on "How could we make this deal work?" Wilsonville refused to do the dealer trade. Guess what? We got a lovely S3 from Tulsa, Oklahoma Audi the very next day, no hassles at all. I would NOT recommend this dealership based on our experience.

We purchased a Q3 from Hayden , he was exceptional, he listened to our wants, needs and was exemplary from start to finish. Purchasing a car has never been my favorite thing to do, but he made it seem like we were in the drivers seat each step of the way. I recommend him highly and we are very happy with our purchase.

After a pretty extensive search for the right used car for our daughter, we felt so fortunate to find exactly what she was looking for at Wilsonville Audi. The whole experience was great from the sales staff to the final paper work. A special shout out to Mo the Sales Manager. He really helped out a lot working with our budget! We had a very good experience at Wilsonville Audi. This review is coming from someone who has a lot of experience buying cars from dealerships over the years for a family business! Highly recommend!

Hayden my sales person was fabulous. He took the time to show me how to work the technology in the vehicle and was passionate and knowledgeable of all things Audi. I recommend working with him directly if possible.

Brian, has shown me legendary customer service, and has provided efficient and effect communication with me, rather I needed to call to ask about information regarding my Vehicle, he is fair with his response times given their circumstances and how busy they can be. Overall I am highly satisfied with the service.

Great communication and very welcoming. Hayden and Christian went above and beyond to make sure I went home with the perfect vehicle. My family has been doing business with this location for years, and we will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

I want to thank Elliot C. I was interested in one of the cars but i was 4 hours away and he made the process go really smooth, he answered all my questions and even sent me pictures. Once we arrived at the dealership he was very respectful and professional. I would recommend anyone who is going to purchase a car here to talk to Elliot. He was also very kind with my 1 year old son. Thank you very much Elliot.

6/13/24 Purchased another new Audi, traded in two vehicles. Was notified the dealership never paid off one of them. Come to find out, the check was mailed, never cashed. Would think a dealership would follow up, since they never received the title for it. Was told, I would have to deal with the bank to get the late payment off my credit report. Sales Manager Mo finally called me and was told I would get a call back, to confirm the loan was paid off and what was going to be done about the late payment on my credit report. A week later, I have left messages and no return calls.
2/25/24 Just purchased my second E-Tron GT from Wilsonville Audi. Hayden is AWESOME!!!!!!! Very knowledgeable on the product and gave me the time I needed to come to my decision without the normal car buying pressure!
1/17/22 Love Joe my sales guy. Went way above my expectations, and trust me. That’s difficult to do. Thanks to everyone and Josh the GM. We love our new E-Tron GT

Purchased an SQ8 from Joe at Audi Wilsonville. The car was great. It was good value. Unfortunately some representations were made about the cars abilities relating to the Audi Connect feature. The information turned out to be incorrect, the salesman (Joe) advised me “we don’t like to use that feature anyways” and has not responded to my calls or my texts. I have also called the dealership and asked for a manager to return my call. Zero response. No follow up. Giving 2 stars because the cars still an Audi. But the dealership failed to follow through or engage in a conversation with their customer. I will not purchase from them again or recommend their location

I bought an Audi Q4 Etron yesterday at Wilsonville Audi. Car buying can be a bit of a chore with all the paperwork, waiting, back and forth, etc., but they made it pleasant and easy. My salesperson, Dee, was confident in telling me that she would be my contact going forward, and she expertly shared the details of my new electric car. She also introduced me to my service person, and let me tour the area. Their new renovated space is very nice, open and clean. I don't love the car buying experience, but I thought this one was about as smooth and professional as it gets.

I was hoping to lease an Audi Q4 E-Tron and began the process many weeks before I actually even needed a car. I began by telling my salesman that honesty, transparency and a no-games experience was what I desired and I repeated that multiple times to him. We went back and forth for a couple of weeks with him giving me standard lines like “I can’t tell you the price of the car until you come here in person,” and “This price is so good I can’t tell you what it is until you are here in person and commit to the deal.”
After I was told he hit my price target on the Q4 E-Tron, I scheduled a time to meet him. For the purposes of transparency, my offer to them was 5k down plus fees in cash and a price no more than 400/mo on a 36 month lease 12k miles per year. I told them upfront many times I have NO intent of moving forward with a deal that doesn’t meet those parameters and again told them do not try any games with me or that will be it.
When I got to the dealership, my salesman was not available so they set me up with someone who seemed very new but was reasonable. He had to keep running to the sales manger who finally came out after I test drove the vehicle. They didn’t have the Q4 trim line I desired, which was the lowest available adding the option of black masking so they brought out one of the higher trim lines.
Then I was asked “if we meet your price needs will you take the deal on this car that we have?” I told them yes that I would. Then the sales manager brings me the line item deal, and surprisingly, to meet that price required me to put down almost 7500.00, not even close to what I had told them I needed.
When I asked them to consider where we could cut-as we were now 1k apart, the sales manager told me “we are already losing money on this.” (Note to the sales manager-do not ever say this to a customer who is well aware of vehicle invoice prices, holdbacks, FI incentives, etc.). I then asked if he or Audi Credit would consider removing the acquisition fee as that would get us close to where we need to be and I would come up for the rest, and he tells me “That goes to the bank and it can never be waived-it’s never done.” This is incorrect as I see lease agreements that waive the acquisition fee all the time. Volkswagen does it all the time and Chevy is doing it right now. Stop telling customers the wrong information. We are not idiots and we do our homework.
So I walked off the lot and was able to negotiate an EV lease with another manufacturer-oddly enough just down the street from Wilsonville Audi. You lost a customer because of your evasive, non-transparent behavior-despite me giving you every single piece of information you needed to be successful. Dealing with you felt like visiting a circus side show. The Q4 E-Tron, and Audi’s in general are amazing cars and deserve a better dealership experience than this. If I were you, I’d look elsewhere. Life is just too short to deal with this kind of conduct. Best of luck in your car search.

Great people and vehicle selection down at Audi Wilsonville. Mady was phenomenal and took care of everything quickly and cleanly. Overall great experience.
