It's never a good thing when you have to take your vehicle in for service whether a planned warranty, check-in or breakdown. CHRIS BRZEZINSK In their service department is by far the most knowledgeable, customer focused, person that I've ever dealt with.

For some reason, this parts department wants a photocopy of your ID and credit card in order to fulfill and pick up an online order. No one could explain why this is their policy. And rather than try to sell me the part over the counter without everything needed to steal my identity, they let me leave upset. I regret buying my car here if this is how they treat you when you need a part.

I am a victim of DV by Ken/ Kiomars Khorami who co-signed on a vehicle for me. Audi fraudulently put me on the loan. I had no income at the time and Ken and the finance manager lied and said I worked for Ken for my name to be on the loan. I got stuck with payments they both knew I couldn't make, after I got a restraining order on Ken, he refused to sign paperwork for 5 months refusing to let me to get rid of the vehicle because he was continuing to stalk and track me via the my Audi app, and Audi refused to even talk to me about the situation. Shady business practices.

As others have indicated the sales people here are shady and will have no problem lying to you. Sabrina was helping me. I wanted a car with the Technology package to include wireless CarPlay. She lied to me and told me that the car did have that feature and "Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android auto are standard in all audi models since 2021." Fun fact: it is not. That did not stop her from repeatedly lying about it. I finally asked if she could provide me a picture of it. She provided a picture of the wired CarPlay interface and kept lying and saying it was wireless.

We worked with Dan at Audi Wilsonville to find our first SUV. He was extremely helpful, listened to our needs, proactively sent us cars and did all of the work to find us our dream car. Once we found our car, Finance and Service were quick and great to work with. We will use Audi Wilsonville again!

The Electrify America credits offered by the dealership did not work. Electrify America said it was an Audi issue but customer support, the service dept., and sales management (assist. sales manager, Mel) said it was an Electrify America problem and would not rectify the problem. We lost 11% of our cummulative charging ability on our new Etron Quattro in just one year at only 9,000 miles despite working with the dealership service dept. The trip planning function did not work as it grossly over estimated how far the car could go on a charge.

I normally do not write reviews but I must, My 2015 Q7 has been with the service department for over 4 months now and counting. Aug 1, went in because there was a loud engine noise when first starting up the car in the morning. It is under factory warranty, so I think they are in no hurry to fix the problem. They give us excuse after excuse as to why it has not gotten repaired (as it sits for a week or 2 before they try working on it again when I call them), I got a call last Friday Nov. 24, from Chris and again he is telling me waiting on parts and wont have them until around Dec 1(going on 5 months) and they will start on it again that following week. It is like their mechanics have no idea what to do on repairing our vehicle. VERY VERY unhappy with their repair service. If and when I get my vehicle back and needing any kind of service again, I will be taking it elsewhere. I want this company to know how poor their service department is and who I am (Dan L). The only good thing is that they did provide us with a loaner vehicle.

Sadly, my experience with Audi Wilsonville has gradually diminished. Service folks have no problem lying to you. Sales are no better. They have a management issue. Good news is that Beaverton is WAY better. Stay away from this place.

I don't know where to start. I bought a used but in excellent condition Audi S5. I purchased the extended warranty for $6000 even. After only having the car for a few months it started acting up where it was showing that the differential was not working properly. Nonetheless I had to take it in for them to fix the differential/transmission as there was something not working. That wasn't so much the problem as the fact that they had my car for almost 3 weeks and when I went to pick it up after hours they had the sunvisor sitting in the backseat which was fine, Until the next day when I removed the sunvisor and realized that there were holes/divot marks on my leather in my perfect backseat. After a few hours my husband and I realized that they took the special mats that we have in the trunk to keep things from sliding, they had removed them from the trunk and put them in our backseat and leave the seat down which then poked holes all over our leather. I complained and took the car back twice before finally they said they would fix it even if they had to replace the backseat and that's what they ended up doing but didn't tell me that. After I pick the car up again I see that they replace the backseat but with one from a car that had been in an accident as there was white powder all over the car back which they did not clean very well. Then I realize that they completely dinged to big chunks out of my paint on the drivers door handle. It looks like a cart or some thing they pushed the door into and caused two gouges that were not there before. This time I tried calling Roman who is the GM at Audi and he has refused to return my calls or answer my text messages. They owe me a new handle and my car is in perfect condition I have no children or pets and no one has ever sat in the backseat. They not only put in a used backseat without telling me but now will not return my calls. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership! never going back!!

I don't normally write reviews but i must give credit, my wife brought in our Q7 for oil change and spoke with diego in service to schedule an appointment he was very helpful on the phone, couple days later we noticed another concern in regards of the vehicle and called in spoke with clint? meaka? they were extremely helpful getting us in quickly in for service with a loaner i will definitely have my wife keep bringing in her vehicle.

I purchased a used 2018 S5 from Audi Wilsonville in October 2022 and at that time was very impressed as their sales department was good to deal with and I was happy with my car. I even purchased a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty to go with it. The problems started when it became necessary to get servicing done. I took my car in to get the tires balanced that the dealer installed when I bought the car. When I got my car back one of the center caps off my wheel was missing and they could not find it. Since then it has now been four months of very few phone calls, no emails, no updates, no center cap on my custom wheels. It's a minor thing that just looks really ugly on a high end car. This is an update to my last review: I do understand that my wheels are different than the standard Audi wheels and as such my center cap is a different size and more difficult to replace. Roman and Chris came through for me with a new complete set of center caps, color matched to my wheels and they look great, better than the ones that came off. It took a while but in the end it's all good.

The worst experience I have had with any dealership ever. My car isn't even two years old and I have never had one good experience with Audi Wilsonville. Never can get anyone in the phone, anytime I leave a message I never get a call back, and I find it very hard to believe that only one person that works their can help me with my questions. Customer service is non existent, doesn't seem like the employees (service) like or care about their job at all. Very unreal my car has been their for almost 3 weeks and I can't get and update or get in touch with anyone who can help. Very unprofessional and just outrageous for how much we spend and have to put up with this crap.
