This is a awful business the drivers are nice but whoever runs the routing has no idea how to work with special needs, My student who is on the autism spectrum was in a car for two hours after school because they added two students with out informing us and when I finally got ahold of someone they lied and said the driver was delayed. we fired them and I am considering legal action because for the two hours they had no idea where she was and couldn't or wouldn't give me her GPS location STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I apologize that I have waited so long to write this review. I was hacked on my laptop and desktop computers on 2/29 and am still traumatized by what happened. I was told by my teacher that Marcus at The Service Department in Wilsonville could maybe help me. As discombobulated as I was, I called, and Marcus was awaiting my call!! Marcus was very calm and helpful and reassuring. He provided solutions for me but I couldn't do anything. He offered to fix it if I bring it in, I had to tell Marcus that I couldn't drive, Marcus then offered to do a remote appointment, but I told him I didn't have a means to pay over the phone or online. had no debit card I told him that because I was hacked. He then said he could tell me how to remove the programs over the phone and would not charge me for it. He even took my call the next week when I thought I was hacked again! (I wasn't, but I need to have The Service Department check it out) I will ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND The Service Department in Wilsonville to EVERYONE!! And I will absolutely call them when I get my debit card. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP MARCUS AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

We received such wonderful customer service! My mom brought her laptop in as it wasn't turning on and within a couple minutes, Marcus had fixed the issue, explained what she had done wrong, and didn't charge us for his time. He definitely could have taken advantage of my 82 year old mom but he was patient and kind with her. If I have any other computers that have issues, I'll definitely be taking it here and I highly recommend this place!

This company is usually at the daycare picking up small children. The driver is not qualified or just doesn't care about laws of vehicle operations. They are often parked illegally and/or blocking. The saddest part is I attempted to reach the company several times with no response. After looking over some of the reviews I have come to the conclusion that this organization doesn't have a good reputation and does not value safety and fair wage practices. I seriously do not recommend using this service for yourself or loved ones.

SCAM!!! Do NOT work for this company. They say they have good values and pay ect but they don’t communicate what you actually get paid till it’s too late. They say you get gas mileage bonus on top of your pay for routes, but they bill it in to your pay and so you come out earning less then minimum wage and don’t even get the right amount of money to compensate using your own Vehicle and paying for gas! Worst decision to work for this company. Very upset and feel cheated!!

The employment shortage has hit them hard, but they always do their very best to make sure my son's transportation to school is accommodated. I do my best to make sure to reach out with schedule updates as far in advance as possible. I had a great call with Christie today, and I really appreciate all they do to transport my son so he can complete his education.

Marcus was very knowledgeable about the problems with my son’s gaming computer and explained in detail how to fix it. He was able to fix the many issues the computer had in a timely manner and by far the best costumer service I have seen in years. These guys know what they’re doing and I highly suggest going to them before any other big company. You’ll get personal attention and they’ll answer all of your questions.

Last weekend my computer crashed. I did a search online and found The Service Department. Marcus is the owner -- super friendly, super smart, and he has a fun story as to why he now owns this business. Out of the gate he made me feel very comfortable and within a very short period of time, about 24 hours, I had my computer back and fully restored. Check this place out!

I'm usually pretty good at fixing my own computer problems for myself and my friends and family, I've built my own systems from the ground up before. One time, and this is absolutely true, I kept an old dying system running for about a year with a twist tie, an old CPU fan from another system and propping the tower up at an angle. But I've also lost systems and irreplaceable data to catastrophic hardware failures in the past and I finally decided that this time, after replacing a power supply in my five-year-old system didn't take care of a repeated boot failure issue, that I was going to have to look for outside help for the first time even though I was really dreading it. I found The Service Department on Yelp and it had good reviews, and most importantly they were still open for about another half an hour and I was dangling from the frayed edges of my very last nerve. I called and I was prepared to have to defensively explain that I largely knew what I was talking about and what I had already tried to do to fix the problem. But Marcus was so, so patient and helpful both over the phone and in person. Even though I was there really late he did his level best to get my computer going again, and he gave me a lot of really good information about the best hardware peripherals - I try and keep up, but things change so quickly! He was able to diagnose right away that it was an overheating problem due to the liquid cooling heatsink bracket being bent and the pump being in the throes of death, and also discovered that somehow not just one but *both* of my hard drives, one only six months old, had been murdered by a system short as I was trying to get it going. A good repair person will fix your issue no matter the cost and time involved. A great repair person will tell you exactly what's wrong but be real with you about the issue being largely unfixable before you dump weeks of waiting on backorders and hundreds of dollars into a failing and aging system. I have a new computer on the way now, and the next time it starts making an ominous noise or bluescreening or randomly shutting down I'm going to be much quicker to take it back here, before part of it detonates and takes my data with it again. Also before twist ties are deployed. I absolutely recommend this shop to everyone.

A great business. I took my laptop in for what, to Marcus anyway, was a minor repair. He took care of it quickly. I heartily recommend Marcus and The Service Department for any computer repair needs

Marcus is the best-- by far, person you could ever hope to take your computer for repairs. He's fair, fast and friendly-- besides being earnest, knowledgable and conscientious.
