I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We’ve used them just over a year and are super sick of them over valuing their own time and treating us like we don’t matter at all. I’m not exaggerating, our first visit they locked me and my service dog in a room and had a party in the back. They forgot us. They had us totally locked in the clinic and my husband couldn’t even get to us.
The vet must think of herself as some kind of holy because I was charged for a yearly exam just cause she walked in the room and listened to his heart last week. I could’ve just had the tech do the shots but they intentionally use low communication in order to upsell people… on care care for their pets!
Most recently I had an important visit for my cat scheduled and I get a last minute email stating I’d need to bring in urine and fecal samples and they would just toss them if they where not needed. Are you kidding me?!!? When I called for clarification to make sure they weren’t already stretching this into more appointments they just spoke in circles. They said it was only if my cat needed blood work and that the ladies at the front desk don’t actually know what I would need. So, HOW would I??? That’s what I’m over paying you for!!!
They spend half the day with the clinic locked for “meetings” and then say they can’t respect me or my time due to not having enough vets… it’s been a year, nobody can fix that but them and somehow that’s their excuse.

I was so happy with my visit here. They really look after your pets like you would. They walked me through EVERYTHING with my new cats. Which was especially amazing since I hadn't owned cats before. They took the time and patience with me and my cats and I felt no rush or worry when going to see them. They take everything you say seriously and I couldn't have been happier when taking my cats to this vet. My cats were also super chill when going to this vet and they're usually super timid and wanting to hide. Here they were cautious but said hi to all the vet staff who came in the room and sat with them (before poking and proding them). I'm sad I moved as I haven't found any place remotely as comfortable as this place.

Our story is sad, but we are so grateful to Animal Care Clinic for their help. We were traveling cross country with our elderly cat, and he had been diagnosed with GI lymphoma vs IBD (which he was on steroids for as palliative care for the first diagnosis or treatment for the latter).
We were completely new to the area and when we initially scheduled the appointment 2 weeks out, we were expecting it to be a consult for quality of life help (to get our kitty established with a local vet and look at things like pain management, etc), but unfortunately, his health quickly deteriorated between the time we made the appointment and when we showed up.
Therefore, the first time Animal Care Clinic was meeting our boy was the day we said goodbye to him.
We were very sorry they had to meet us this way -- but I will say that they were PHENOMENAL during this terrible time. So caring. And they really took the time to consult with us and discuss our options. We didn't feel rushed at any point in the process.
The vet staff was knowledgeable and kind.
Anyway, I wanted to write this review because they struck me as an amazing veterinary practice. These kind of medical decisions are the toughest to make -- and they were fantastic help.
If and when we get another pet, they will be our first choice for care.

Been going here for years. Treated our senior pup who passed with the upmost respect and care. On our 3rd dog in their care and couldn't be more happy. Thank you!

Left messages several times to get a call back from this place so that I could check on how they manage their boarding and appointments. Never received a call back throughout the week I continued to call them. Never once did they pick up the phone. Probably not a place I want to go since they cannot be reached by phone.

I called them at 8:00 am in the middle of an ice storm and they were able to see my sick dog at 9:00 am. They were so kind, and I could tell they were really trying their best to figure out what my dog needed. I will definitely recommend to others and plan to use them in the future. Thank you!

They’ve always been very helpful with our Doodle. Every time I call, I get a huge amount of information. I can’t see ever switch vets. Highly recommend.
