All the staff were helpful and friendly. I went in for a few nuts and bolts and one of the guys helped me find them

I purchased a Rustoleum spray product which was defective. The trigger got stuck and wouldn't stop spraying, thus the can was empty long before my project was complete. I tried to exchange the defective item and was scolded that I cannot return an empty can. I tried to explain what happened but the store manager, Aaron, was having none of it. He treated me like a grifting thief, just trying to get something for free, when in actuality I was just hopeful he could help me. He did this in front of my husband, a frequent shopper of the store. Neither of us plan to return to this Ace location and have taken our paint business around the corner to Sherwin Williams. I called Rustoleum the following day and they happily are sending a refund check for the price of the spray can. Seems to me the only person in this scenario who loses is Ace. Sherwin gets my business, I will continue to purchase Rustoleum products because of their superior business ethics and my project will be complete. Bye Ace!

The return policy isn’t clear on your return policy. I brought items from another store to exchange for stock that your store had the other store did not. My return was refused because it was from a different store. I flip homes and will no longer do business with any of your stores. I’ve never had problems exchanging things from different store until I came to your store and was refused. Best of luck on maintaining customers. I will no longer shop at any Ace.

Correy at the Wilsonville Ace Hardware was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. He assisted with a plumbing issue at my mom’s house and helped us navigate the situation without having to move toward a more expensive route. Highly recommend!

Evidently I walked in the wrong door at the front of the store. An employee lectured me about the my mistake in the middle of the store, in front of everyone. Very rude and embarrassing. NEVER getting my business again. NEVER.

This store has significantly higher prices than other ones. Please do not support owners that price gouge. Would recommend any of the other aces in the area.

I came here because it was the only place I could get propane filled into my tank without having to return the tank I had. The tank I have is decorated to match my trailer, so I obviously don’t want to have to exchange it every time I get propane. Only $2.99, and as a Minnesota girl I really appreciated finding a Pearson salted nut roll to boot. ? Thanks so much.

I always enjoy shopping at Ace. ✋ Especially enjoyed seeing the Mascot. ? However, their computer was not working appropriately and the $$$s I spent did not go towards my Reward points. I asked if I could bring the receipt back at a later time and have that corrected and the Cashier said "No". I did not find her statement very Customer Friendly!! ?

Poor service and attitude from staff when returning DAP silicone that was white marked clear on tube. The staff argued and stated it dries clear, product was dried when returned. Will not return to this store.

Very unfriendly staff the last time I was there. Highly unusual for Ace hardware as normally they are the best for customer service. Maybe it was an off day but I did not feel welcome at all to a point where I drove to home Depot to finish my shopping.
