New motor for $6k when they refuse to repair bent push rod after taking the motor apart. Then 5 trips and another $2k later they still could not fix the problem. Unqualified mechanics guessing instead of repairing. After a cpl days research I found the problem myself. It was a $30 part to replace but I just took it off opened it up cleaned it and put it back on. Back to 12 mpg instead of 6.2 mpg and check engine light has never come back on since, but the new motor still leaks even after they put new valve cover gaskets on after it leaked the 1st time with new motor. After telling them not to use silicon on the new intake manifold and being told to just use the gasket that I had to drive 2 hrs to get myself and deliver to them, they used silicon over the new gasket. The motor manufactuer told me that voids the warranty. This truck has never had any leaks of any kind until these jokers put in a new motor This is not the same shop that built a great reputation since selling to this guy. If you need a battery starter or alternator changed out they can do that. I would never refer this shop to anyone for any real repairs. Service writers job under new ownership is to lie to you tell you what you want to hear. We can fix it for xxx amount. Then hits you with thousands of dollars in repairs that left us worse off than when I drove it in there to have repaired. Absolute straight up rip off.

This place used to be great but my last experience I dropped my truck off they had it for 5 months and in 5 months they never tried to start it or anything it was there to diagnose an oil leak they popped the hood and looked at the engine mess the oil all over and then I was told that I was probably going to need to get my turbo resealed that my oil lines are probably leaking and that I should probably change my injectors which are expensive things to get done and they were just taking a stab in the dark throwing guesses at it and I can do that but the only problem with this is that I had just put a brand new KC turbo on my truck with new oil lines and brand new full force diesel stage 2 injectors with some other parts also before I dropped it off and was not able to get it to run with the new parts but it was leaking oil really bad I so after 5 months of waiting when they called to tell me that my brand new turbo was no good And when I ask the guy how he diagnosed this if they tried to start it he told me no we just looked at it I'm sorry but there is no way to tell that a turbo needs to be resealed or that your injectors are bad or that your oil lines are leaking without having the engine under pressure because everything was covered in oil so you can't see where the leak is coming from I was expecting them to pressure wash the motor charge the batteries up if they were low start trying to fire it up so the oil pump starts pumping oil and seeing where the leak is coming from and then coming up to me with a diagnosed part that needed to be fixed but that never happened

I had a complete engine replacement done on my Ram EcoDiesel. Hayden, the lead guy, demonstrated great customer service. The work was done in a timely manner and at a cost far below the dealership..LITHIA SUCKS! Unfortunately I had to make a follow up visit for a leaking transmission cooler. Although we did have a slightly tense moment in determining the fault Hayden was determined to earn my business and made it right. Hayden even went so far as to provide the courtesy of a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. Once again, great customer service. They will continue to be my go to shop.Service: Engine repair

I just took my car in for a tune up/ oil changeI was told I shouldn't need a tune up because we had a tune up two years ago at wolf performanceHe then looked at the engine, spark plugs are way older than 2 years, engine needed remounting and we've had a squeaky belt since the day after we went to wold performance ?We were screwed.

These guys are first class. I took my truck to the dealer ( Lithia Dodge ) , they quoted $9500 for Emission repairs ..... I had a feeling sos thing wasn't right . I then stopped at wolf performance. Hayden and his team figured it out in no time. There was nothing wrong with my emissions, it was just two sensors. It cost me $550 dollars and I was out the door ! THANk YOU FOR YIUR HONESTY !

Main concerns were they left a really long threaded portion on a bolt and it ended up gouging my steering stabilizer and making me veer into the other lane of traffic. Thankfully no cars there and they did fix it but didn't love that. Also took it in a few times to get a new/better steering gearbox cause it kept skipping and was loose and all they did was re-align it apparently to save me money. I think eventually they did replace some of it so it would stop skipping but still had a lot of play in it so took it somewhere else to get a redhead steering gearbox to remove the play. I did have them do some basic work that was fine and not super expensive.

I've been going to wolf performance for years when Wolf owned the business and always had great service. I took my truck in about a year ago because the transmission oil over heated they installed a new transmission cooler i hadn't towed anything for a year, then I towed my fifth wheel up a grade and my transmission over heated. I took the truck into wolf and told them it was lacking power and the transmission overheated again.I asked them to check the lack of power change the fuel filter and change the transmission fluid. They had the truck for 4 days when I went to pick it up they said it might be the turbo need replacing for $1500. The invoice only had transmission service listed and I asked if they changed the fuel filter and he assured me he had. The next day I pulled the fuel filter and it hadn't been replaced so now wonder if they serviced the transmission. I wrote a letter to the owner and never received a response.Service: General repairs & maintenance
