Answer your phones, for goodness sake! During working hours the phones automatically tell you tellers are busy and hangs up on you! I wanted to dispute a purchase on their app, but it says the dispute service is currently down. So I called and it automatically hangs up on me. Horrible customer service!

Beware - the drive-thru ATM is not supported by Wells Fargo even though they have their logo on it and it's in their drive-thru. The ATM did not return my card, did not give me the cash I asked for, but it deducted it from my account and SHREDDED MY CARD. Asking the Wells Fargo teller to get the ATM tech to help, they said they don't support that ATM... and don't have a number for the company that does support it! They gave me their own complaint phone number. I called them, explained the situation and THEY TOO said they can't help me. The company is in Roseburg and it would take at least 24 hrs to get to the ATM but they won't do it if it is not a Wells Fargo card. Not only was the equipment on their property faulty, they were completely unhelpful to remedy the situation or assist me in fixing this.

Love Wells Fargo but not this one. Got seated for 40 minutes and then told to leave due to bankers being busy.

the people who work for wells fargo have amazing hearts. none the less its a corporation. they will never do what is expected f them. nor do they care about the customers they have.
