“(UPDATED) I did see the owner post on my original post. I did reach out to the bank. They did make it RIGHT with me and credit my account with the missing money. So thank you for making it right. I will just make sure I check my receipt before I leave. So I will change my stats from 1 star to 4 stars.I normally don’t post complaints but this one I had to cuz I don’t want other to have the same problem as I did. I had my account with them for the past 6 yr. I have not had any problems until I started using this branch. So please check you money you deposit and make sure they count it right. Also check your receipt. To make sure it went into your account. I have CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.”

“Today I will give them a great rating. BRENDA, was the teller who helped me. My bankcard had been hacked again and she went above and beyond to help me take care of my business. She made sure that my card was activated and ready for me to use again after giving me a new card. Usually the lines in this bank are long, today was no exception, but the clerks were working hard to help people. I was in the bank less than fifteen minutes and she told me get some ice cream on your way out, because it is a hot day and it will help cool you off. She did a great job and was very polite and gave great customer service.”
“I just had an awesome experience in the bank with my son. My son got a check issued to him and he is a minor. I do not live in town and had to drive over. They were helpful when I called to ask about cashing and even remembered who I was when I came in today. They also gave my son a super cute piggy bank to start saving money. “I went in to cash a check with a Bank of America check, even though I'm a member of KeyBank, there was a hold put on the check and I was only able access 1/5th of the check until the following day. Seems kind of ridiculous but whatever.”

“As I feel everyone's is at this point, I've been really disappointed and irritated with the new online/mobile banking app. A system that was supposed to make banking easier has definitely made it harder for business owners.Today I walked in to the North Phoenix branch needing assistance with online banking for multiple accounts, and an incorrect deposit made from the teller ATM. The manager Ty Reynolds went above and beyond helping solve all my issues in a professional and timely manor. Thanks to him I will continue banking with Rouge.”
“The new Central Point building is amazing! Love the new ATM machines, use as ATM or works as drive thru with live employee. Waited until banking with RCU for year and must say they are great in all aspects of services. Have never had any problem, however they stop debit and credit card activity some times on new online payments or odd transactions but I think is good safety measure, and promptly contact you to make transaction online process once verified. Customer service is great!”
“Aylanah was very helpful in helping us open a checking account during our lunch hour. The appointment was so quick we were still able to go to a restaurant and spilt a plate of food! She made the process easy and picked a very cute debit card picture that resembles our new puppy, Pepper. Overall I love US bank!”

“So being a senior citizen, sometimes I have to take my account down to the bare minimum. In the last 3 months I have had 3 charges come out of my checking account that were fraudulant. All 3 times Wells Fargo caught it. Today, I went in and I knew I had one more bill for 5.99 to come out and then would have 6 dollars to work with. I needed the money and felt embarrassed because it was only 6 dollars that I was going to take out. I started a conversation with a woman who I thought was just a teller. We talked about my 12 grandchildren and how everyone today was in the same financial situation. I found out her name was Erin and turns out she was the bank manager. By the time I left I didn't feel so embarrassed and she even gave me a bunch of suckers for the grandkids! Kudos to Wells Fargo for making her Manager. She was so positive and understanding, I'm sure she is just as kind to her employees. It's no wonder I have been using them for my banking needs for the last 9 years and you can darn well bet I will be using them for many more! Thank you again Erin for being such a kind person!”
