When you’ve been standing here waiting for 30 minutes and the employees just look at you but don’t try to help you, it doesn’t seem like a good business practice. But it’s good that they have time to just chitchat with each other instead of helping customers.

I had a tire go flat on my tractor.I called Darryl and had fully expected to set up a farm call to repair and fix tire.Daryl asked what was happening and guided me thru how to repair it myself by replacing the tire stem he told me to come pick up free of charge. I returned to Tehama and purchased my new tires for my truck because of this.Thank you Darryl for the integrity and great service!.

Very busy with farm equipment services as well as non business customers. Super hard working, guy this last year, since other long timer passed last year. A dedicated guy still needs helpers but he is a loyal employee & thoroughly qualified & knowledgeable, explains things patiently with this gal. And boy have I needed good advice & trust the die hard guy totally. Recently not able to be open on weekends I believe. B

Walked into the office and was told by an employee walking out "It's gonna be awhile". Waited for 30 minutes with NO then found an employee outside and asked if they carried the tire size I was looking for. He immediately said "nope" and walked away. Rudest service I have encountered in YEARS.
