I had drove into Superior Auto as my overheat light came on in my Explorer. It ended up being my water pump and was quoted a price for the repair which really set me back in my chair. 15 hours to pull the engine to access the water pump! Very costly. I did my due diligence and made several phone calls to other auto repair shops including local Ford dealership to compare pricing. Superiors quote included some additional replacement parts because while they had the engine opened up for the water pump replacement, it made sense to the replace the timing chains as well as a few other parts while they were in there. My car had 82k miles on it and it would be due to get these items done. After speaking with Ford and receiving their quote for the exact same service Superior was going to provide, they said said they could not touch it for that price! Ford verified the other parts would be needed in the near future due to the mileage on my car. Ford said go for it! Keep in mind, to get the additional job done to replace the other optional parts would be another 15 hours to pull the engine to replace all the timing stuff and other items. With that being said, Superior had my car done in two days and charged me 200 dollars less than the quote. Amazing! I loved the staff as they were very professional and knowledgeable. They have a customer for life now!

We had a bus break down in Medford. We called Rick and he didn’t hesitate to go and help us out!! He fixed the problem and we were able to send the bus home safely!!Thank you very much!!We had highly recommend Superior Automotive!

They came highly recommended. I live in Grants Pass. We dropped off the BMW at 8am and by the time I got back home I received a call with the diagnosis/problem.The car was ready by 4pm.They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Do not go!They are scammers!My girlfriend took the car to this place because of a problem with the starter.They charged me $ 560 for the repair.5 days later the starter fails again.I called the scammers and they did not recognize the warranty.
