Called the parts department Saturday and i forget who i spoke with but he helped me out alot. I needed to know exactly what engine i had for my boat and all the maintenance part numbers i needed from fuel filters to spark plugs. My engine is a 2004 yamaha 90TLRC. He found it through the serial number and directed me wonderfully. Thank you again.

11-17-23 I needed 2-150 and 115 outboards, Norm built the entire order with all the parts required from propeller to steering. Great value and updated along entire process.

11-1-2023 terrible service, long wait for basic outboard work. the service manager "Norm" should be fired. Absolutely no "people" skills. If you are looking for a Yamaha outboard, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The people at River Marine are the best everyone is interested in our needs and want in a boat and never tried to upsell anything.. they gave us good advise and answered our questions.. the service department was very helpful when we needed it.. We Will alway deal with these guy there the best

We just bought a brand new G3 Angler boat. Norm was wonderful to work with through the purchase. We had a million questions, changed our mine twice on upgrades and he made the whole transition go smoothly, Beautiful boat and great customer service!!

Bought a new 9.9 hp yamaha outboard a few years back, and also had my 115 hp merc serviced. Really good service and sales. Then the next year took my boat back to have it serviced prior to a very special family gathering. Wanted to make sure the engines ran well. Among other things I wanted to have my battery’s checked out because they were getting old. After four days wait they finally completed the work. Was told this would only take one day but it took four. Got the boat home and discovered one battery missing. It had been stolen while sitting on their lot for four days unsecured. Owner would not replace it or take responsibility of it being stolen. I spent just under $5K there in two years and will not go back. It’s not so much the cost of the battery which I can afford, it’s the poor attitude of the service technician and owner.

Had our Yamaha F40 outboard's carburetor rebuilt. Tested it on the lake only to discover it wouldn't accelerate past 1800 rpms. River Marine said to return it and they would repair it at no cost. When they were unable to determine the cause, they conducted diagnostic tests amounting to the cost of $195 and determined the motor had a bad valve which would require removing the head and an additional $500+ dollars. I believed the problem was fuel related. I brought the boat home and personally went through the entire fuel line and discovered the 6 dollar inline fuel filter was clogged. I cleaned it and the motor runs perfect!
