I was a long time mailbox customer and was truly sorry to see that side of the business close. But, I am still close friends with the manager and I love to stop in and visit. I also have a great story to share: About two years ago, I stopped in to check my mail in the middle of the night. I accidently locked myself out of the building with my keys still in my mailbox. I was stranded and totally freaked out! The owners drove all the way down from Grants Pass in the middle of the night to let me in and get my keys. That is the best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and I will never forget it! I think the owners and manager are absolutely top notch!!

I use them for our mail forwarding service, as a fulltime rv'er we are all over the USA. They are prompt with sending out my mail when we need it. You can't get parcels forwarded just mail. Pleasant, prompt service. They also have mailbox service for locals and will accept FedEx and UPS packages for locals too. They have storage units available on site.

Extremely well cared for storage. They have very nice and knowledgeable employers and they are very accommodating. Its nice to see they hold the standard on how to run things and take care of the customers and the things we trust them to keep safe.
